Ok, first the cons. The smell when I opened the bottle seemed a little strange, and it has a slightly thick or chalky quality to it.Now the Pros. There is no horrible after taste, the product has worked wonders for me! after a long 14-15 hour day at work, I am quite stressed and wound up by the time I get home, I normally find it difficult to drift off sleep which leaves me exhausted the next day, then I got Calm Drops. after about a half a dropper full, I feel a sense of calm, in mind and body, I just feel entirely relaxed. I find myself able to drift off to a peaceful and restful sleep. When this bottle gets to about a third left, I am ordering more!!

I am glad to see a liquid version of the calm sense capsules! I have been taking the capsule form for over a year and I love them. I am terrible at taking pills so it’s nice to see this liquid form! The properties in this liquid are known for relaxation and relieving stress. Ashwagandha is amazing for anxiety and stress! I am glad to see it in this formula. I am going to continue taking this and maybe switching it out with the capsules.I would recommend taking it with some juice. It has a very pungent taste to it.

Well, let's not beat around the bush: the flavor is bitter, lingering, and quite intensely unpleasant.I can't think think of any of my usual "mom tricks" that would be sufficient in hiding this, even for myself. Unfortunately, I'm unable to testify to the effects of the ingredients, as I can't get myself to even swallow the stuff.One pro: sweetened with stevia!

It works well but... Tastes like when you have a little acid reflux and it comes up your throat into your mouth mixed with used hay from barn yard animals. It is the strangest flavor and it does linger. I mix it in juice in a shot glass and toss it back but man the flavor is still there and I burp and taste it. From what I can tell the flavor comes from the ashwaganda so maybe it would be better if they left that out.

I really wanted to try something other than melatonin for my husband and kids at night to calm them down a bit. Restlessness runs on my husband's side of the family, and unfortunately, the 6 year old could stay up all night if you leave the tv on, and the 2 year old sleeps about as well as my husband does (which is horrible during the work week). My husband seems to be able to dose off much quicker now and the 2 year old, who seemed to be immuned to the mel. Drops seems to enjoy taking these drops! Win win in my book!!
