They work, but certainly weren't new.
Purchased three of these. All three came in unbranded, unsealed white boxes. Devices were well wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sealed static resistant bag. When taken out of the bag however, all three were scuffed and obviously refurbished and one of the metal tabs that secured the device to the PC case was good and bent.I checked the performance of each device and they all worked but I did not appreciate getting items such as these in a refurbished state when they were not listed as such.

DP Not HDMI
This graphics card has (4) DP not (4) HDMI ports. The PNY part number is correct.

Problematic card with zero acknowledgement or support from NVIDIA
This card failed to support four monitors (2K resolution) as listed. It began with intermittent blinking when three monitors were attached. The addition of a fourth monitor caused a black screen on one monitor to occur after about a week. Two weeks later and a second monitor has gone dark. All monitors work well when connected to another machine with a different card. NVIDIA's customer support is non existent. Terrible. I just ordered a Radeon Pro WX7100 from Amazon with great expectations. With this purchase I think that I want to be done with NVIDIA forever.
