Both jars came in broken inside the box. You will not be able to return even though it's not your fault obviously. Save your money.

This is a standard in my pantry! Always delicious and dependable for good flavor!!!

Very good Bulgarian Ajvar. Nice to use with cooking, if you want a juicy kabob add this to your marinade.

Both jars arrived open and one of them was leaking.

I like this brand okay, but more of the bitterness comes through from the eggplant than with other brands I have tried and the oil is a bit more likely to pool at the top so I have to mix it. It is still tasty, just not the best brand I have tried.

We use these types of sauces/spreads instead of things with tomato. This is very tasty but pricey

Traditionally the peppers and the eggplants should be roasted and peeled to remove their thick skins before being coarsely ground and cooked in oil. This is not the case with this product! If you want to end up with pieces of pepper skins in your mouth which you have to spit - go ahead and buy it! I would NEVER buy it again!
