For the money, this does what it should. Heating can get a little loud but I have a commercial BUNN coffee maker and it is the same. I dont like all the plastic connections.. if I go away for over 24 hrs Im going to need to shut it off and turn off the water supply.. or else Id lose sleep. As indicated, this thing is much bigger than the photos would let you believe so pay attention to the measurements. So far, after 2 weeks, Im happy, I just hope 2 yrs from now Im not telling myself once again that I should have bought top of the line and sucked it up. But I could have bought three of these for what that would cost.. I probably should have bought 2 and put one away.. might even do that. Temperature of hot water is plenty hot for me, I didnt measure but it makes a nice cup of tea.

When I was hired to take over a property, I discovered that they had been paying almost $60.00 a month for a water cooler.... Since 2001! $700 a year X 23 years = a shocking $16,500! Told the vendor to come and get their $16,000 water cooler, and purchased this one. Took about 20 minutes to install. Has the exact same features as the $16,000 cooler.... hot and cold water.... lol and takes up a heck of a lot less space. I wish the cold water was a bit colder and that it had a bigger internal cold water tank, but those are just wishes, unit works perfectly as advertised and at $100 bucks, and filter changes, I figure to save $500 a year. Will probably order one for my home bar as well. Not for high volume cold water, but a great buy!

The media could not be loaded. We have multiple of these units at our house and work. They’re a great alternative to those bottle type dispensers. You don’t have to change the bottles with this machine. It does take a little bit more time initially to set up the water system by connecting it to your water source. But after that it is pretty much automatic! So very convenient with hot or cold water anytime you need it. It’s very well designed and compact for the counter. We love it for its ease of use and less hassle of filling heavy bottles. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is that these machines do not last. We bought it in Nov. 2023 and now it’s Feb. 2025 and the cold water stopped working while the hot water continues to work. Our last unit had similar problem with the opposite issue whereas the hot water stopped working and only the cold water worked. Upon some research and reading others reviews regarding the issue. We opened up the water reservoir and found the compartment to be solid frozen so hence it did not dispense cold water. We turned off the machine and drained the reservoir while continuing to add warm water for the ice to melt. Once that was achieved, the machine was back in operations. Others stated this is a quick fix and it will likely to occur again in a couple weeks and most likely due to the compressor? Going bad. A new part to replace and fix the unit costs double the price of a new unit. Try this temp fix to get it going again but eventually expect to buy a new unit soon. Besides how frequent you have to replace the unit. It is still worth your time and convenience that this dispenser has to offer.

We almost sent it back because it takes about couple of hours or more to actually change the taste and smell in our water.Luckily we waited until the next day and it worked, it gives good taste cold water and also the hot water works perfect.It does make a murmur after is being used, but very muted like a purr.We like it and we think is a very good deal price and quality wise.My husband is very happy he doesn't have to get the big 5 gallons jugs anymore.

This is the best water dispenser unit for $100!! It's nice to have ice cold water anytime we want. The hot water comes out very hot!! I make my tea with it quickly.It comes with everything you need to install the lines underneath your sink. The filters attach to the back. The filtered water taste amazing!! No more costly water bottles. No more having to carry cases of water from the car into the house.. It has cut down on our trash output too. We definitely would recommend this water dispenser!! It's convenient,tasty and awesome!!

It was easy to set up. Bit the cold water was not working for first couple of hours. I let it sit over night and turned it off completely and connected again following the drain procedure. Wayer tastes good as regular mineral water. Now I am enjoying hot and cold simultaneouslyThat 1 star is after realizing how low price it is on their website.

Me and my family used to buy bottle water but it got so heavy that we use the machine now and the machine is quiet and the water temperature can hot and cold and it works great
