Power Prayers for Women (Inspirational Book Bargains)

Power Prayers for Women is a nice little book filled with useful prayers. I find it useful because i am not good at praying and find myself at loss for words many times. The intro is short and addresses power of prayer, how it is a love connection with God, what prayer is, getting & staying connected & how praying God's word is powerful. This prayer book is full of prayers with reference to scriptures. Some examples are, Light for Understanding, Finding Strength, A New Beginning, Letting Go of The Past, Sadness, Depression, Getting Rid of Stress, Forgiving Others, For a Positive Attitude, Health, Confidence, Love, Wisdom, Peace, Family, Living With Pain, Prayer for Others and many many more. Each chapter pretty much covers what we, family & friends go thru in our lives. I also loved the book cover/color and the cute satin lavender bookmark is a plus. Makes a wonderful gift!

POSITIVELY GOOD FOR THE SOUL. A friend gave me my copy a few years ago. This purchase was so I could give them away. If I had more I'd give them away too. Giving this book to others makes me happy.

This daily devotional book is wonderful. I love my copy so much that I bought another for a friend. I highly recommend this book.

Very short easy qiuck and whatever I am in need of praying this is for every occasion....English is my second language so I am learning how to pray .... love it

I loved the idea that here are prayers you can read. When you are so down, and can't think, you can find a prayer you feel fits your heart.Also I Believe this book would be of help to a new Christian. There are prayers for all things that might fit your needs at the time.

I made an error/blessing in sitting my power prayers devotional down on the table while I cook, and my daughter (in law) who hates to read took this from me (with my ok) and is calling me saying she loves it and need it a little longer. I'm all for that, as she have insecurities (rightly so) and need to pray, she called me to pray with me I was so happy that I'm buying me another one, and give it out to others, she is so relaxed now and she say I really like your book. Yes she will be keeping it, as for used it was new and I didn't even sign my name to it. but I'm seeing and hearing a difference in my daughter (don't care for the word in law)

I purchased this book for a friend who is going through a difficult time. I received it as a gift after the passing of my mom. There are some wonder prayers in this book. I especially liked the one on forgiveness as it helped me a great deal. Everyone has guilt feelings after someone close to them dies and that prayer talked about also forgiving yourself. I would highly recommend this book.
