Dowels not easy to install
When the package arrived it looked simple enough to put together. Maybe 5 minutes tops.Inserting the dowels should have been easy.... but they fit very tight (too tight) and in the process I broke 2 dowels. Customer service promised to send me replacement dowels. But a week has passed and I'm still waiting. Finally I just bought 5/16 inch dowel at Home Depot. These also cracked during my efforts to insert them.Maybe I just lack basic DIY skills... or perhaps the manufacturing of these boards was not quite accurate. But for $128 I expected better.

Good quality, not too hard to assemble.
Just what I needed. A tree in a space just bigger than 3' x 3' on the sidewalk had died at some point and was removed. People were using the area for garbage. I plopped this form in there, put rocks around the outside to fill the space left, filled it in with dirt and planted. Now it's a lovely little bed that the dogs can pee on. LOL! At least it's not a garbage dumping zone any longer.Assembly can be a little tricky. A hammer is needed. But it was straight forward. Don't leave it outside to get wet before assembling, keep it as dry as you can before hand.

Would not recommend!!!
The holes for the dowels were not drilled deep enough, so when I used a rubber mallet to Tap them in the cheap board split. It would have been cheaper and easier to build it from scratch.

Great quality easy assembly. It’s been up for 4 months and still looks great!
Easy to assemble. Good quality wood.

All Things Cedar, "not" all things quality
As another purchaser commented, dowels are impossible to install, as the holes on the 4' wood sections are not properly drilled, off one direction or the other. This calls for purchase of wood filler, filling the holes with wood filler, waiting a full day for wood filler to completely dry, and re-drilling the holes. Not exactly assemble in minutes as advertised !One 4' section had a knot hole, with knot missing, hence a hole in the board. What good is a cedar wood box as a raised planter box for holding soil, with a hole in the side of it?!Buyer beware! :-|

Great Product!
This company is fantastic! I bought one of their cedar swings years ago and was very pleased. This raised garden bed was well made and it only took 5 mins to put it together, sans screws! Completely fits together with tongue and groove arrangement. I love it and I loved the price too!

Disappointed!
The product arrived on time and the parts were made from beautiful cedar - straight grained and clear. Unfortunately, all of the joints were poorly cut and none of the corners lined up. The box is supposed to go together with a large box joint; each piece forming one of the fingers of the joint. Each corner is supposed to be secured by a dowel in a hole that has been predrilled in all of the pieces. None of the holes lined up, no matter how I put the pieces together. Some holes were too tight for the supplied dowels while others were way too loose. In addition, some of the pieces were bowed and/or twisted, which made putting them together that much harder. I think the stock had been milled before it had finished drying. I bought this product hoping to set this up quickly, instead I bought myself a woodworking project. I would not buy this product again.

Strong simple design
Seemed to be a great design, decided to do a quick stain for it. It's now full of dirt for my garden bed and still seems to be very sturdy. I was able to assemble it alone, but a second set of hands would have made it much simpler.

Cheaply made
Definitely not value for the money. Maybe would be ok if I paid like $60 but at more than double that I expected much better quality. Very thin wood. Holes and fowls didn’t line up. Took me over an hour to force it together. Adjust your price if you are going to continue to sell low quality product!

Not sturdy at all
Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought three units to put together to make a double long and double high garden bed. Even with braces to support the boards, they are warping and on the verge of blowing out. The bed has been outside for one week. I now have to go out and purchase wood to build my own before this unit blows out and the soil goes everywhere.
