Warm, Reliable, Comfortable.
Really rate this mat. The internal reflective material must work, as I have never felt cold with this mat. Had for over a year now and it has never deflated. Would recommend.

Good reviews
I have not used this yet but there are a lot of good reviews of it on the internet. I already have a well regarded lightweight sleeping pad from Alpkit but in buying that I focused on weight and forgot about insulation, some thing I came to regret camping in Aberdeenshire in late Autumn. This pad will hopefully address that oversight, its certainly more robust and on a test inflation and try out it felt comfortable and importantly warm.

Great bit of kit
Used this several times now which I wanted to do before I reviewed it. So glad I bought it. Takes 10 to 15 breaths to inflate and it doesn't go down overnight in the slightest. Packs down small and is lightweight. Also r rating is pretty accurate. It's warm to lie on and I used it high in snowdonia in pretty rubbish weather. One tip is don't over inflate. First time I used it I found it really uncomfortable. Let a bit of air out and it was far better. Don't aim to get it rigid!

Good mat
It's a good mat, relatively comfortable, hasn't deflated. Can fit inside my sleeping bag nicely. The valve is the right size to work with my OEX pump sack (20mm I think). Pretty quick to inflate. Very easy to deflate by just pushing the one way valve thing.Personally I find this texture more comfortable than stripy textured mats, but that might be different for others. One thing to keep in mind is that it is narrower in places than your regular rectangular mat (it's sleeping bag shaped).

Extremely thin and err, lumpy!
I was suprised to open this up and see that it was so thin and small, I was expecting a thicker pad, especially considering that this is supposed to be 'insulated'. When inflated, it wasn't exactly comfortable. Being a larger chap 190cm and 110KG and looking at the mat, I expected it to be even more uncomfortable that is was, so that's a slight positive. It really is waffer thin and whilst the inflated bobbles are okay whn on your back or on your side, the large areas between the bobbles are just on the ground. It's easy to bang your knees and elbows getting on and up from this mat. This mat would be very good for hammock camping, it's thin and tappered at the end. I bought the cheaper Trekology UL camping mat with the slightly raised sides and found it much more comfortable, thicker and easier to deflate than this one.

Great value
Been looking for a warm mat for autumn/spring camping but I don't go enough to justify forking £££ out on a Thermarest. Read a few reviews of this and thought I'd give it a go. So far, very impressed. It's very like my Alpkit Cloudbase, which I use in the summer, but with insulation. And you can definitely feel the additional warmth. Not been out on a cold night yet, but will report back when I do.

Comfortable but did not hold the pressure over 1 night
Negative;I returned it because it DID NOT hold the pressure till the morning.Good;I was impressed with size , weight and comfort, used it for 4 nights in a row 2 under the sleeping bag and 2 inside the sleeping bag.Gave good comfort, easy/quick to inflate and deflate, quick to pack up and it pack up small as u can see in my hand.Compared ot against the self inflating mat i have and the v shape inflatable one.If it held the air over night i would have put it as second best, first is the self inflating one for insulation and comfort.Did not try in extreem weather temp at the time it was 10*c and UK damp weather the verdict was it felt good in both situations.Love the going green slogan/policy when you buy one of these.

Shockingly good for the price point
I have been sectioning the Appalachian trail with this pad for 2 years and I have other more expensive pads from Nemo and Sea to summit but I’ve been blown away by how nice this pad is for its price point. Very comfortable for me as a side sleeper. It has also proven to be very durable, love the 75d woven polyester gives me a lot of confidence that I won’t get a puncture. Very easy to inflate, 10 breaths as the description states. As far as the R-value, my impression is that it seems more like a 3 season pad, to stay warm below freezing with this pad I add a closed cell foam pad underneath and it works perfectly. The only con I can think of is that it could be lighter, mine weighs in a 24oz so it’s not my lightest pad but that extra weight is in more durable materials and insulation. An all around solid performer and on the level of pads that cost 4 times price.

Good buy.
Easy to inflate. Lightweight. Not uncomfortable but not super comfy if on your side. Slept on snow in a tent in -1°C . Did the job. I did not put the pad inside the sleeping bag which is supposed to provide more warmth. I put it outside my two light winter sleeping bags. I did not feel any cold coming through but I did not feel any insulating heat coming through either. For the price compared to others I would say a good buy. Warmer still if u use cell foam pad. I didn’t but will next time. Happy so far with the purchase. I am 6’0 188lbs and athletic and the pad is perfect. Probably wouldn’t work at all if over 6’1 - 6’2. If any wider of bigger than me you will hang off width wise or length wise.

Small, light and warm
Very small, light and easy to inflate. We have used it for a weekend camping trip recently and i didn’t get to try it because my daughter absolutely wanted to give it a go. She said it was super comfy and warm. The materials seem to be of good quality. It’s very easy to pack it onced it’s deflated. The only thing is that it’s not as wide as a regular self inflatable mattress so if you tend to move a lot while you sleep then it might be a problem. Let’s hope it’s going to last and not start deflating like most self inflated mattresses we’ve had over the years.
