The lotion is great; the texture is not greasy. It’s rich and smooth, absorbs well and provides excellent moisture. Plus the smell is light and wonderful.The only concern is the pump- it’s such a hinderance. It leaves ALOT of a thick expensive product at the bottom of the bottle-seems its too short & doesn’t extend all the way down to pick up the product. And you have more than 1/4 bottle chunk of product left and still a heavy bottle from lotion you can’t get to. Oh & never mind they’ve increased the price significantly since 3rd quarter of the year with no improvement to the pump.Besides that, the lotion you can get to is great - just please, kindly fix the pump.

The mechanism pumps perfectly for me. The product itself smells divinely of roses. I love that it is not thin and watery. Keeps me soft and nice.

The lotion is the BEST as it moisturizes, leaves a satiny feeling, great for sensitive skin. The scent is light and the lotion soothing. However...the pump doesn't work. I have purchased 3 different bottles with the first two pumps not working at all and the third pump finally worked and then STOPPED working a few days after using it! SO FRUSTRATING!!! I have left several messages for manufacturer but they never called me back. Amazon came to the rescue and helped out the situation!

I love the scent, a warm desert rose that makes me happy. I love the moisturizing, non-greasy moisture that is light and leaves my skin glowing (it's not as heavy-duty as Gold Bond, but I bought this for normal moisturization with a lovely rose scent and that's what I got.The only issue was the pump. I was eventually able to get it to work, but I had to keep adjusting it and pumping until it took. And judging by other reviews, the pump is not long for this world. This is a better value than the smaller squeeze bottle so I'll enjoy the pump while I have it and then find a way to get the rest out if and when the pump gives out.

I had been using planet love home brand rose lotion but it had gone rancid several times so no longer a fan of that brand and went on a hunt to find a new rose scented lotion.I’ve tried a few different, gone up and down Whole Foods isles and other natural grocery isles but through review search, came across this one. So glad I did!it’s a lovely scent that does not smell like old lady or retirement home.It’s a thicker lotion which I appreciate, More like a cream. The other brand was a little too thin and didn’t last long.My only issue was the first bottle arrived with the pump completely broken and unusable. It’s a tall bottle so I didn’t have another pump but they sent a replacement.this is a great product! give it a try!

UPDATE!!! Finally got the pump to work...well, hubby got it to work. He said he just kept firmly trying to pump and it finally started pumping. Well, NOW there is ANOTHER PROBLEM with the pump!! Either it has just stopped pumping, OR, the pump is too short and doesn't able to suck up the rest of the lotion which is 1/3 of of the bottle!!!! So, now I have a big bottle 1/3 full of lotion and there is no good way to use the rest of it!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY??? Obviously they never tested this product properly before they started selling it, OR, they did know about the pump problem and decided to sell it anyway!! Plus, they don't take care of customers' complaints!!! ***I have used this lotion for a log time, but, not in this large bottle with a pump. How much easier to use, I thought. Well, when I received it, I had a hard time opening the pump so it would work. Then, when I got it to working, it would not suck up the lotion!! I tried many, many times and ways to get it to work. It will not work. I am IMMENSELY disappointed!!! Since then, I have seen other same complaints about the pump not working!! The manufacturer knows this since I contacted them. I sure hope they do something about this BIG PROBLEM so other consumers are not disappointed as I am. Now, what in the world will I do with this HUGE bottle of lotion?? It is so thick that it will not pour out of the bottle. What a waste!!!!!

This lotion originally stuck out to me because it’s rated good on Yuka and great for all kinds of skin conditions. It goes on nicely and leaves you feeling smooth and moisturized for a while! It’s nice and lightweight and the smell is really pleasant which is great especially when you’re applying it all over. Worth the buy!

I love the lotion itself. It smells great and soaks in very well considering the lotion is natural and a lot of natural lotions can't soak in very well or have an after effect chemical smell. I bought a bottle with the pump for the first time a couple months ago, the pump did not pump lotion out. I assumed it was a fluke fault. This second bottle also has a pump that does not work. It's very frustrating to have to get rhe lotion by scooping it out with the pump wand. I am going to have to buy a pump this time and that stinks. Hence the lower stars. It'd be 5 if the pump worked.
