I usually use a different brand but was unable to get hold of them so decided to try these outThe dosage is 2 capsules 30 mins before bed. I took 2 on the first night and not a lot happened to be honest, tried again the second night and it was better but still not what I was looking for so decided to give it one more go since I hate wasted supplements. The third night was brilliant! I slept like a log and woke up refreshedI’ve taken them nightly since and slept well each night, there’s no negative side effects or drowsiness with them which is what I was looking for.I will definitely buy these again, just be sure to give it a few tries

Good vue and they seem to be helping with my insomnia. Unfortunately, the capsules are huge!

These were bought for the wife who had trouble sleeping and didn't want to have something just knock her out.After a few days use she was getting over to sleep easier and having a better night's sleep.All in all, they improved my life immeasurably, I would highly recommend.

Great product and does what you want! Second purchase of these for me. I find I feel a lot better in the morning than when I was using one a night over the counter tablets.

Unfortunately this kept me awake! I looked for a product to help me sleep as I'd not been falling asleep til about 1 am each day.Took these for two nights in a row. In both cases I didn't fall asleep til maybe 4 or 5. I was buzzing! Like I wasn't tired. But then when alarm went at 7.30 I was totally shattered both days. Couldn't risk using again as I drive.They are ENORMOUS to swallow too
