NOW FoodsCalcium & Magnesium, 250 Tablets (Pack of 2)

When I was in my late 50's (mid 60's now) I started getting leg and foot cramps at night. My knees also made that cracking sound every time I stood up. I take one of these pills in the morning and one at night and both symptoms are gone. I am not on any prescription medications nor do I take any supplements other than this one. I stopped taking Omega 3 and One-a-Day vitamins after several years as I really didn't feel any changes, but this one works.

Now vitamins are part of my every day life. Thank you for a quality product.

I have early onset osteoporosis due to surgical menopause and my doctor advised me to take a quality calcium supplement as part of treatment. I tend to prefer the NOW brand calcium gel caps and thought that was what I was ordering. Totally my mistake. But, I’ve found these extremely easy to get down for a larger vitamin. And, this form is definitely less pricey than the gel cap form, so all in all, I’m very pleased.

I do like the formulation because it does not bother my stomach like straigt Calcium Citrate.

Large pills, but they work. My blood tests prove that taking these daily have greatly improved my levels.

I never order tablets always soft gels. Tablets are next to impossible to deslove in my system. Upon reordering didn't read closely enough. It doesn't help matters when they add like products thinking I'm ordering same.So both containers went into trash as well as my $33. I do like there soft gel and made sure when I ordered them.Delivery was speedy so didn't have to miss a day with my calcium.

Great price for an item I have been using. I need both calcium and magnesium for my Fibromyalgia and this is a great way for me to get both and the strength I need and great price. Thank you
