Uncle Sam is over 2 1/2 feet tall....Well made dolls/decorative figures that sit upright without having to prop them up. He does not come with the chair - but can be put on a fireplace ledge/speaker/piano or coffee table. They are large enough that they can be seen across the room - would purchase again...well constructed.

Q: Does this Uncle Sam have to be in a seated position or can it hang on a wall?

You may hang it on a wall, but he will look better in a seated position.

I gave him as a gift and I dont really know. I am guessing he is about 24 inches tall.
