Barnesmith Short Sleeve T-Shirt, Unisex, Heritage Logo, NCAA Colleges

Not as advertised...returned.
The shirt was advertised as an Ivysport Brand shirt. When I received it, the shirt was the cheap Gildan brand that you find at Michael's and Joanns. Not only that, the school logo was printed off-centered on the shirt. I literally would have done a better job if I had gotten out my Cricut machine and made the shirt myself. This was definitely a bait and switch. I returned it the same day that it arrived.

Thick/Heavy/Boxy
I think my brain confused ‘cotton poly blend’ with ‘tri-blend.’ Other sports T-shirts cost 9-15 dollars, but this one was 20 so I thought I was paying for higher quality. Not the case. This is your standard T-shirt. It’s pictured to look like a high quality soft T, but is equivalent to one you would buy at a high school football game for $10.00. The quality does not line up with the price. If you’re looking for a standard T-shirt with an efficiently printed University Logo, you’re golden. I was looking for something a little softer and lighter and for the price, it didn’t fit the bill. Sending back.

A Classic Design T-Shirt with nice screen print and good quality shirt
I really like my Central Michigan (Go Chips!) shirt! I ordered a medium and I am 5'10 and 172# and it fits really good (not too snug across the stomach or chest and the sleeves are neither too tight making me look like I'm trying to show off my biceps or so large that my regular sized arms look like toothpicks. The bottom of the shirt falls just below the top of my fly or the bottom of the belt line (ish) - it's not too long. The neck is a good crew style neck that hasn't become stretched out after multiple (8-10) wearings. The screen print paint seems durable but it's not a dark red (I have another official CMU from Amazon) but maybe a little more brick red and less Maroon but it seems well bonded/absorbed and the University's seal details are sharp (indicating a good burn/exposure time on the screen print). Not certain of what the Font name is but it's a pretty classic look block Font that looks good. The shirt itself is something of a lighter weight 50/50 poly-cotton, I've worn it in 80 degree weather and it's good (at least for me). The only reason for a 4 star review is that the shirt is not ultra soft like some of my other T-shirts. I'm not certain that it will soften up after a couple of washes (I've washed it once despite wearing it at least 8-10 times) but it might. Overall, a good single color T-shirt that looks good, fits well, may wash well and isn't too expensive (maybe this is cheaper than what is found in the book store on campus?).

Handsome design but material not as expected.
I bought the USMA shirt. The logo and words on the shirt are good size and balanced which is good. I like the color, although it looks darker than in the picture. I am partially dissatisfied because in the picture the shirt looks very soft and the collar looks soft and not too tight. But the material is rather rough and the shirt is way thicker than expected, I had to manually stretch out the collar a bit to look and fit okay, and I'm thin and have a normal sized neck. I still gave four stars though cause the material may be to some peoples' liking, but it's too stiff and thick for me. The material is slightly smaller than I would have anticipated but as I bought a medium it fit good and I do like how the sleeves fit. They aren't too short or long and don't hug the arms tight which looks better with this kind of shirt. I would recommend buying this shirt but would recommend the seller to put up a picture that more accurately depicts the style and type of fabric and explain the way the shirt is more clearly in the description. Knowing the material it is made out of is good but not reliable as some types of material may be soft, rough, thick, or thin depending on the type of manufacturing employed. Thanks for reading.

Need Quality control
It’s off center & was immediately noticeable to the naked eye. I measured from letter to sleeve seam & one side is 4” & other is 5”. I asked my husband & later, mg sister to look at my new shirt -without a hint. Both quickly said “it’s not centered” so too off for me to feel comfortable wearing. For comparison, I measured my Alumni shirt I got directly from school & it was perfectly centered. So I’m returning this shirt. (Note that it’s an iron on type of lettering so will crackle & fade sooner than later. (T-shirt itself was heavy & good quality material though)!

Horribly scratchy material & damaged!!
Update: I just noticed that the shirt has a hole in it! Are you kidding me?!! This has to be the worst company ever!!Original review: The t- shirt looks incredible, so amazing! But the material is unlike anything I've ever felt before. It is scratchy, itchy and so horrid. I literally never knew t- shirts could be made out of such a horrendous material. It reminds me of a burlap sack. It feels horrible against my skin.

Lightweight shirt, but definitely runs small
I ordered this intending to just have a loose T-shirt for running errands and sleeping, but this shirt is on the very small end of "Large". I normally am a medium or large in women's tops/blouses/dresses, so I ordered a men's large hoping it would be a bit oversized, but it's very snug all throughout - arms, chest, hips. Suggest ordering multiple sizes up if you don't want a snug fit. The logo looks good though

Darker than it should be
I bought this shirt for very sentimental reasons. Its soft and the writing on it isn't faux worn (which I appreciate). My issue is with the color of the shirt - it's a lot darker than I expected it to be: its too dark for an "Oxford Gray" but too light for a "Charcoal heather". Plus its not 100% cotton, unlike an older version I bought at Cornell's bookshop eons ago.
