I am very disappointed. I liked the look of this item but now I am having to return it. It came attached to the small base (I am putting it on an external post outside, so I had to detach it from the base). Unfortunately, the screws were overtighten and I could only get one of them to budge. Furthermore, the screws themselves are pretty cheap with very soft heads. So, they basically disintegrate with slight pressure from a screw driver. I don't know how the manufacturers would expect something like this to hold up in external environment with weather. If I had managed to get the screws loose, I would have had to replace them with my own because the screws that came with it, would not hold up beyond 1 tightening. Furthermore, my disappointment only grew the more I handled this product. Beyond the screws, upon closer examination, the product is quite cheaply made. It is metal or aluminum but thinner/lighter than you would expect. The paint easily chips from initial handling. The screw base that it was attached doesn't itself have screw holes, so the latern slipped off every though I could untighten the screws. The lantern glass easily falls out of its seating. Again, this doesn't seem like it would be very durable in the elements. No instructions included. Assembly is fairly straight forward, to be sure, but without instructions, I found that I had to stare at some parts to figure out how to get them attached plus there were parts in the bag that I wasn't sure what they were for. Some minimal instructions would have helped or provided reassurance. It's just too bad. Overall, nice design but poorly build and execution. I would not recommend you purchase this item.

Purchased this to replace a broken light. For the price, I expected the build quality to be comparable to the one I was replacing. Although there’s nothing wrong with the quality, it certainly feels cheap and not worth the price. It should sell for about 1/3 the cost. Seems like “home improvement store” quality at a premium price. I was surprised to see it came with an LED bulb, but it was way too cold on the light spectrum. Would have been much more useful if it were a warmer light.

Came 2nd day. Easy to install on the post. Mounting screws too short. Easy to fix. Just got slightly longer screws. Have a green bulb in it now. Looks great.

Love the look of these lights! We wanted to update the lights out front and these are fantastic. Old world feel, yet nice and clean looking. The glass is textured enough that the inside bulb isn’t too distracting.

It works. Easy to install.

Very nice looking light. It was difficult to find one this good for the price. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend.
