Goods sound and quality that doesn't fall out of ears.
I ordered these as I was looking for Bluetooth earbuds that didn't fall out when walking or turning my head. Having had limited success with a much cheaper pair of bulkier in-ear with an add on over ear attachments, I wanted to go to a comfortable secure level at a price that didn't break the bank. The fit is very good and there is a choice of buds and airwings to choose from to help get the best fit.Removing the earbud(s) from the box, turns the earbud(s) on, and in reverse putting it back in the box turns it off (you can press and hold to do it manually) - each earbud from what I can tell has a slightly different function when pressed in a certain way (instructions included). They work separately so depending what I am doing will depend on which one I put in and which has charge. I mainly use them one at a time whilst working round the house (either), walking the dog (right ear to remove road noise), on the sofa whilst I semi-watch TV with the family and listen with one ear to other things (left ear). The charging box is well made. Keeps the earbuds safe and secure whilst charging. the box is not required to be with you whilst listening with one or both earbuds. LEDs on the front of the box give an indication of how much charge the box has remaining. Charges with a phone charger and USB-C cable.Range from earbud to phone for me (Oneplus 6T) has been impressive. Whilst the image suggests keeping it on body, which I do with a mid-thigh height pocket, having the phone the other side of the room still gives uninterrupted connection.I haven't exercised in them yet aside from general walking. Wearing both in at once and walking does lead to the feeling/vibration/sound of your own feet hitting the floor, however I believe is seemingly present in all ear canal covering earphones and presume to do with air flow/pressure?! (I don't have the volume more than half way on the phone and tend to listen to podcasts more than music.)This product had 3 x 5 star reviews when I ordered it (Mid-Late June). Delivery time was 7-10 days, it arrived 2 days after I ordered it. When compared with the other brands that generally cost more and had hundreds of 4+ star reviews, I wasn't sure how new to market these were. The quality is great (by my standards), the price point is good, functionality is as you might expect (they play good quality sounds without falling out of your ears), they are easy to pair, and look stylish and some would say, discreet - I would highly recommend.

Great customer support, affordable quality
These are far from the be all and end all of in ear wireless earbuds, but you already know that from the price, in the price range that they're in, they're pretty good in my opinion. plenty of size options for both the ear hook and the little buds, they're thefirst I've tried that actually stay in my ears when moving about a lot. They connect well, have good to average sound quality, which is better than expected at this price point though the lower tones are a little lacking in my quite limited opinion (I'm far from an audiophile). The battery life is really good, I use each bud one at a time at work and switch when the battery dies, each time at max volume lasts around 4 hours, the case lasts much longer and it's great to be able to charge them and use them independently of one another. The only thing I disliked is the touch controls, a physical button would be far superior as the controls are affected by anything conductive such as sweat/water/skin so if you double tap to mute so you can hear someone after say, cycling home in the rain, they will often not respond or turn themselves off (which can be done by holding down on the pad. One of mine stopped working properly (wouldn't connect, reliably at all, if it did audio would cut in and out randomly), luckily, Anker offered to replace them free of charge, they had me send mine back (along with all original contents and packaging so keep the box!) and sent me a brand new one along with a refund for the postage. Excellent service from Anker, great product as well.

Good value for money
I've always used wired earphones and switched to 'semi' wireless a few months ago (wires around the neck). I decided to opt for something a bit better. This is the most I've spent on earphones but it's worth it. The sound quality is great. They're not entirely noise blocking unless I turn it right up, but it's too loud for me if I do that. They stay in, though occasionally they do hurt my small ears but not enough to bother me (I wear them all day). They connect to my phone right away when out the box/bluetooth is on which is amazing. No problems with tapping or using the controls - works as intended, brushing past them doesn't impact the controls like others have stated. The battery life in amazing. I've used them for hours now and it's still showing pretty much a full battery. Obviously when I'm done they go back in the box but still I'm impressed. I can walk across my apartment and they stay connected, so the distance to use from your device is much farther than advertised.Overall really happy with these, hopefully will last for awhile, but definitely worth the investment. Not sure how I coped with wired headphones before but I'm not going back.

Finally a really good set of sports earbuds!!
I dont usually leave reviews but feel i need to in this case. I have been through pleanty of earbuds for running. I dont like wires trailing round my neck so it has to be earbuds for me, but every other set ive used I have to adjust mid run to stop them falling out, this only gets worse the sweatier i get, or if it starts raining heavily then they usually dont stay in at all once the silicone gets wet. THESE ARE A GAME CHANGER!! They fit so snugly into the ear because of the extra bit of flexible silicone which moulds to each individuals ear. Ive taken them out on three 5 mile runs now and i didnt have to adjust them or touch them once! They sound pretty damn good too. Im quite a fan of Anker and their Soundcore products. I have the Flair speakers, Noise cancelling Headphones, various power banks and other bluetooth speakers and all of it is great value for money and sounding decent too. These Soundcore Spirit dots not only compare to all these other great products but have exceeded my expectations. If you want a decent sounding earbud that stays stuck in your ear like glue then look no further.

Prodotto molto buono
Molto soddisfatto di queste cuffie. Grazie all'aletta in silicone, rimangono in posizione mentre si corre o mentre si fa sport. Il suono è nitido e i bassi profondi. La custodia è molto carina con l'apertura a scatto.

There’s one deal breaker for me (updated review)
Anker’s Soundcore products sound amazing for the price. But I always seem to have some sort of issues with their earbuds. The first pair I owned and only one I’ve kept were the Spirit X’s. I need truly wireless now that I’m biking, so since I loved the sound of the Spirit X’s (and after trying the Liberty 2 Air’s and those not working out for me) I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a pair of earbuds in the Spirit product line. These do sound great. They don’t have as punchy of a bass that the Spirit X’s do, but it still is nice. The Spirit Dot 2’s are also comfortable. Not quite as comfortable as the X’s, but they don’t hurt my ears while inserted like the Liberty 2 Air’s did. I’ve read people didn’t like the touch controls on the Spirit Dot 2’s, but they haven’t been a problem for me, they work well. Now for the deal breaker. It cuts out for maybe about a half a second almost every song. Sometimes it’ll be once every few songs, but usually it’s once a song. I tried resetting the earbuds by tapping the earbuds while in the case 5 times till the lights turn red, but it didn’t fix the issue. There would be some other random sound issues like one would go out for a second while the other would be out for half a second. It’s just weird stuff like that and also while using them with Amazon app open, then closing out of it, the sound for stop for about 2 seconds, which isn’t much of an issue for me because I use them to work out or while I’m at work not using my phone except for music. I’ve also heard the humming noise once, but that was while no music was playing. But the main issue is the sound cutting out every song, so I’ll be returning these, possibly exchanging them for another paid since maybe this unit is just faulty, because otherwise these are great.FYI there isn’t noise cancellation, so I don’t know why there’s a review option for that.Update: Anker’s fantastic customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement. I haven’t had cutout issues with it. I love it.

Another hit Anker good job
Hi guys.So I got the dot2. And there not to bad.So let me talk about the positive things.1-good bass not bad. Not thunderous as they claim on the box but it’s not bad2-call quality is not bad decent.Cons:1- the fit is not great. They hurt after 20 mins in your ear which is bad. I mean it hurts cause the fins go toward the cartilage side. So it’s painful. I had to remove it. Then put it back on after the pain went away.2- you can’t use these with the Soundcore app so that doesn’t help.3- the sound isn’t that great. Bass is there but not clear bass. And the kids are kinda drowned out by the bass. Highs are okay. They do look nice. But the pain it causes I didn’t like. Sound is just average. Bass is good but kinda muddy. The Monster clarity 100’s are better sound and bass. A lot of bass in those and the fit is great and it’s cheaper.Update. Looks like I had a faulty set. Anker contacted me and sent me another one. It works great. So problem is fixed. Great Bass. Very loud. If your a bass head you will love this. And the call quality is actually really good.Great stuff Anker
