There’s one deal breaker for me (updated review)
Anker’s Soundcore products sound amazing for the price. But I always seem to have some sort of issues with their earbuds. The first pair I owned and only one I’ve kept were the Spirit X’s. I need truly wireless now that I’m biking, so since I loved the sound of the Spirit X’s (and after trying the Liberty 2 Air’s and those not working out for me) I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a pair of earbuds in the Spirit product line. These do sound great. They don’t have as punchy of a bass that the Spirit X’s do, but it still is nice. The Spirit Dot 2’s are also comfortable. Not quite as comfortable as the X’s, but they don’t hurt my ears while inserted like the Liberty 2 Air’s did. I’ve read people didn’t like the touch controls on the Spirit Dot 2’s, but they haven’t been a problem for me, they work well. Now for the deal breaker. It cuts out for maybe about a half a second almost every song. Sometimes it’ll be once every few songs, but usually it’s once a song. I tried resetting the earbuds by tapping the earbuds while in the case 5 times till the lights turn red, but it didn’t fix the issue. There would be some other random sound issues like one would go out for a second while the other would be out for half a second. It’s just weird stuff like that and also while using them with Amazon app open, then closing out of it, the sound for stop for about 2 seconds, which isn’t much of an issue for me because I use them to work out or while I’m at work not using my phone except for music. I’ve also heard the humming noise once, but that was while no music was playing. But the main issue is the sound cutting out every song, so I’ll be returning these, possibly exchanging them for another paid since maybe this unit is just faulty, because otherwise these are great.FYI there isn’t noise cancellation, so I don’t know why there’s a review option for that.Update: Anker’s fantastic customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement. I haven’t had cutout issues with it. I love it.

Fit my ears perfectly
For a set of true wireless earbuds below the 100usd mark, Anker truly did great. The noise cancelling is kind of in a weird position but not in a bad way. The noise cancellation is surprising for such small buds. But what truly earned my 5 stars is the fit. These earbuds came with some wings installed but they didn't fit too well. so i swapped them out with another one (comes with 4 pairs including the one installed) from the box and the fit is tight. I will update this if i get any changes as i have been using them for a solid week.Long story short, they fit me so well it's like they were made with me specifically in mind!Edit: about 2 months later. These little things still feel comfortable, however sometimes if im running and try to remove them too fast the wings come off, not a big deal as its my big meaty fingers that are at fault but yea. Really good at holding charge, havent noticed much degridation of battery even with intense use. The case is the only part id worry about damaging, as its held by magnets and a small plastic which my dog broke off. The lid however can by crazy glued or left alone. A surprisingly strong magnet keeps it together which i really appreciate.Edit: Almost 2 years later. These things are extreme, sweat and rain dont do anything to these things. Theyve been through dust storms (landscaping jobs), heavy downpours, and extreme heat and cold. These are worth the price 10/10.

They are not perfect, but still very good earbuds
I am no audiophile or headphones/earbuds expert but I will give you my personal opinion in regards to different categories.Sound QualityThe sound quality on these really depends. They have a lot of bass which I feel muffles out the mids and highs a bit. If you listen to rock music mainly, like myself, you are gonna have mixed feelings, some sound good, others are fine. Pretty much any other genre sounds amazing!Comfort and FitThey have a very snug fit which is great for working out, they don't move at all or come out. As far as comfort you get different sizes ear tips and wing to choose from on the box: XS, S, L and XL. They come preinstall with the 'medium' size. Like others have mention the wing does comes off partially when you take them off and you have to put it back in place everytime, a bit annoying.Controls (I have Android)You get the following by double tapping: play/pause on the right, skip to next song on the left. There is no volume control or previous song but you can access the assistance by holding either left or right for 2 seconds, and with that you can basically ask the assistant to increase/decrease volume or play previous song or just play anything you want. You can also answer/cancel calls by double tapping and holding respectively. (I have not yet tested this)When you are using it in single mode (only one of the earbuds either left or right) the only controls you get are play/pause and assistant.Controls are touch, not actual physical buttons.Mic QualityI have really only tested this with one call while I was at the grocery store and mic quality is okish my friend said he heard a lot of the background noise even though it was not super noisy but he could still hear my voice and understand me which I guess is ok. I was not expecting anything great of the mic quality and this was not really the reason I purchase this.ConnectionI have not experience any delays when playing videos or anything similar. At first getting them paired and working was a bit strange I did had to reset them about two times to get them to pair fine. I followed the instructions included and they have been working fine since.Overall I would say this are really good earbuds if you are looking something for working out and your main concern is them moving/falling off. Sound quality is great in pretty much everything, except on certain subgenres of rock. I like the controls and getting access to the assistant as that gives me the ability to do pretty much everything.

MAL PRODUCTO

The media could not be loaded. A qualidade do som surpreende; graves acentuados, fones leves, discretos e elegantes. Gostei

Prodotto molto buono
Molto soddisfatto di queste cuffie. Grazie all'aletta in silicone, rimangono in posizione mentre si corre o mentre si fa sport. Il suono è nitido e i bassi profondi. La custodia è molto carina con l'apertura a scatto.

Another hit Anker good job
Hi guys.So I got the dot2. And there not to bad.So let me talk about the positive things.1-good bass not bad. Not thunderous as they claim on the box but it’s not bad2-call quality is not bad decent.Cons:1- the fit is not great. They hurt after 20 mins in your ear which is bad. I mean it hurts cause the fins go toward the cartilage side. So it’s painful. I had to remove it. Then put it back on after the pain went away.2- you can’t use these with the Soundcore app so that doesn’t help.3- the sound isn’t that great. Bass is there but not clear bass. And the kids are kinda drowned out by the bass. Highs are okay. They do look nice. But the pain it causes I didn’t like. Sound is just average. Bass is good but kinda muddy. The Monster clarity 100’s are better sound and bass. A lot of bass in those and the fit is great and it’s cheaper.Update. Looks like I had a faulty set. Anker contacted me and sent me another one. It works great. So problem is fixed. Great Bass. Very loud. If your a bass head you will love this. And the call quality is actually really good.Great stuff Anker

Decent earphones, great customer service
Pros:-very comfy-amazing sound quality-awesome customer service-lots of variety in tips and wings to fit your ear.Cons:-plagued with some technical issues, but they have instructional videos and a great support team.-no app to configure troubleshoot; alot of earbud pressing/holding /tapping/case reseating necessary as opposed to an easy to use app for troubleshooting/resetting.Overall pretty happy with them, just wish they were a bit more reliable on the technical side.
