DIRECT CHANGE OVER
The cost of this light is a bit steep until you install it. Then, my opinion, the money is worth it because it was the exact same as the OEM light that burned out. It is as simple as splicing two wires, slide it into place and put it all back together. The original light lasted 12 years. I would expect the same out of this one. A very good product.

This is an exact replacement for the outside and inside lighted grab handles on a 2005 Fleetwood Discovery motor home. The fit, finish and function are as you would expect from an OEM replacement.

Expensive LED
$35 for an LED bulb is too much. The next time I'll get a regular LED and make my own installation.

Exact replacement
When I noticed my lighted Grab Handle was not lighting anymore, I pulled it apart to find that the light had been immersed in water, it being in the lower bracket. The O-ring had failed due to old age. This replacement light was a plug and play...almost. I had to cut the existing wires to remove the dead light and to connect the wires to the new light...Black to Black...white to white. I got a new O-ring and the light should be good to go for another 13 years.
