SpeidelTwist-O-Flex Metal Expansion Replacment Watchband for Garmin and Samsung Brushed and Black

I have been searching for a while for the perfect watch band for my Samsung galaxy watch and have gone through so many and the search is over. This Speidel band is the perfect marriage of style and functionality. I wanted a band that looked classy but that I could also wear while working out, running or hiking, and this band is perfect. It looks great, and makes the watch look elegant, but also is super comfortable and stays in place on my wrist without making my wrist all sweaty or uncomfortable. It was a little big, so I attempted to remove some links, which was very difficult, so I ended up just taking it to a jeweler. Once they resized it, it fits perfectly. 10/10!

I love this band. I must have incorrectly measured my wrist and the medium was quite tight. I contacted Speidel and they quickly sent some extra links. After the addition of a few links, it is perfect. It is comfortable but doesn't slide on my wrist. The pulse and ECG functions of the Active 2 work perfectly with the band. To charge the watch I just flip the band inside out and place it on the charger.

I have tried many watchbands, this one is the one that I always use. It offers gentile tension on my wrist. It is best for everyday use. I would not recommend it for vigorous activity, where a firmer hold is needed. I wish it was fitted for quick release pins for easier band changes.

I replaced a lighter watch with a heavier one (a Luminox Pacific Diver), and my old Speidel Twist-O-Flex (3/4” wide) band did not support it well. The weight of the watch pulled it down my wrist and underneath it. This new Speidel is the only Twist-O-Flex I could find that was wider (7/8”), so I gave the XL a try (my wrist measures 7.75 inches). The band holds my watch in place very nicely. If anything, I think an extra link might fit better as it leaves a very slight impression on my wrist when I remove the watch, but overall, I find it comfortable. The band is made in China, and comes very nicely packaged with two, one-inch pins and a very helpful tool designed to remove and install those pins. The band is pricy, but, as I noted above, it’s the only game in town that will support a heavier watch body.

Good looking band. Been using speidel since 1960’s as a kid. But I’m disappointed in this one. The pins kept slipping from the watch, at least once a day. Wrote speidel but no reply. I also noticed the word “China” embossed in the band, so go figure it’s not as well made as anticipated.

It’s been a long time since I’ve bought a Speidel Twist O Flex watch band. My watch now trays in place all day and I don’t even realize I have it on. The comfort is very nice. It really compliments my Samsung Gear S3 watch. If you’re tired of your watch rolling around your wrist, I recommend buying the Twist O Flex. You’ll be very glad you did
