This was a really fun gift. It was smaller than I thought... but it still was perfect!!!

This compass is very nice. Just as described. I bought this for my daughter who collects pocket watches. She received a very unique brass pocket watch/necklace for Easter and had the idea of pairing it with a compass This definitely fit the bill. The ONLY thing that wasn’t spot on for us & what we wanted it for was the weight of it... it’s a heavy piece for its size. But this is clearly a chance we took when purchasing this for our intended use. It’s not at all a bad thing. In fact, it’s certainly proof that it’s not cheap junk. Lol!For the price we paid it was actually surprising the quality was so nice. We are still going to keep an eye out for another small inexpensive compass like this that might be a bit more fitting as a necklace, but this piece is very nice, not to mention the beautiful little wooden box it comes in. Maybe it can be the first of a new compass collection!

Giving 4 stars only because its smaller than I anticipated. My son is a "traveler". He visits different states and tries to help the homeless w food, rides, or setting them up with churches or public assistance. He saw this quote and loved it so I thought a compass would fit his situation. He'll love it despite it being a lil small.

The case is a bit cheap but the compass itself is very nice. Bought it for a graduation gift and he really liked it!!

This is a very nice piece, antique-looking and has a beautiful inscription on the cover. Points true North in my experience but this is not a professional compass for pathfinding or hiking so just be aware.

I bought this to use for an escape room party for my teenage daughter. It’s very cute (small) and does work. It doesn’t come with a chain so I put it on this nice bead necklace I own. It looks good (actually good enough to wear that way) and should be very functional for the party.

I’m in love with this compass 🧭I’m was so surprised by the quality it came in , the design on the case are just amazing , the craftsmanship on the compass are phenomenal, I would recommend this to anyone that loves long walks in the woods , something to pass on to your grandson as I was looking to do and I’m very happy with it , Recommended

This was purchased for a four year old’s birthday. Pirate themed with a treasure hunt. This compass was accurate enough to make for a successful hunt.The aesthetics was really what I was going for here. It’s a beautiful little compass with a lovely inscription on the back. Was absolutely perfect for my situation. If your going out into the wilderness for a survival weekend, maybe not so much. Regardless, it’s a compass that does work, so if your looking to go North, it will put you in the right direction ☺️ The little one absolutely loves it!

Very nice piece, looks amazing love the idea of it but was a little disappointed in the size it is quite small I read this on reviews and still ordered think how small could it be but I do wish it was a little bigger like 50%. This can be convenient as it's easily going to fit almost any pocket so each to there own I still think it was worthwhile it does appear and feel to be high quality.

This was not what I received. There is no inscription on my compass whatsoever, so I found that quite misleading.
