Got this as a gag gift for my brother's 65th birthday. It was a HUGE hit--we all took turns reading the various "text codes" and howling with laughter. I don't usually get this sort of thing, but what made it a standout is there are just tons and tons of different "codes" on it--they go all around the mug--and they really are pretty funny (BTW= Bring the Wheelchair)! So it isn't just one laugh and a groan, but many, many jokes, most of which you haven't already heard a million times. I'd say it works best when everyone is more on the "senior" side (so you're laughing at yourselves), but are familiar with most of the basic text shorthand.

Lettering Ran and Faded Off Quickly
The letters began to run after the first washing. By the third time they had blurred and the ink was colouring the wash water. Very cheaply made. Only good if you have no intention of actually using the cup to drink with.
