Think it will keep scratches from my ipod
I didn't really read the description well enough and thought it actually covered the front and the back of the ipod. It is very slim, so I decided to keep it and just put a screen protector over the screen. I had dropped my old ipod a couple of times and the screen didn't break with the screen protector on it, but the frame started to come apart. Hopefully, this case will keep that from happening with my new one. I usually keep mine in a desktop Bose charging unit/speaker. With this case on, the lightning tip couldn't reach far enough for it to charge. I just cut out that section of the case a little bit so that it could charge and the case still fits snuggly on the ipod.I think this will serve the purpose for a good price.Update: It worked so well that I bought my husband one also.

Love this iPod protective case
It's simple, fits well, and it's clear so you can see the color of the iPod beneath. I like the soft plastic that can bend, not the hard, and this fits the bill perfectly. I had a similar one for my last iPod and it lasted the life of the iPod.
