I was not sure but I bought it hoping it would help. I know it will not cure. It helped a great deal. I just rool in on my feet at night and it takes care for the whole night and next day. I dont have alot of pain but from the Diabetes of over 20 years it relieved the tingling and hurt in my feet especially at night and it would allow me to sleep. This works at least for me it does and I would not be writing this if it didnt. I am a skeptic now I love this product it easy to use its a rollone and you message it into your feet or hands .
