Well if you already purchased a 3" hole saw to place these bad boys then you will need to get back online and order a 2.5" hole saw so these will fit. These have a nice wide lip that does measure about 3" but if you cut a 3" hole these will flop around and have 1/4" gaps around the side where they slide around in the hole because they are NOT 3" cups! If you are looking for 3" cups, DON'T buy these!

The 3” netpots that I used to purchase were really wide and I would have huge gaps around the rockwool.I use 1.5” rockwools for clones and it fits perfectly in this net pot. The outer lip provides enough support to lock in the netpot and the depth ensures the bottom of the rockwool is touching nutrient water.

Yes, I should of received 50 pots, but there was only 25 pots. They are great pots and I could have returned them and had my money put back on my account. The only thing is I need to get some plants in these pots now, not next week. So I kept the 25 and will chalk it up as just a bad investment. I guess that happens when you buy online. Looks like they would have someway to just send you the amount your missing. Oh well.
