Not perfect
I love accurate reels. They feel amazing and the tolerance is so tight it makes the build feel like no other. The only issue I have is that build quality isnt what they make it out to be. They tout that it is made in the US which makes me believe that the build quality is better, but I noticed this large notch which really bothered me. I wrote to accurate and they explained that it is where the CNC machine starts and ends. I have had other CNC machine products and this has never been a problem. I consider this a pretty big imperfection. I looked at a few of my other reels, I have 4 Accurates, and one other real has a small notch and the other two seem unnoticeable. I still like the reals but it does bother me which is why I am giving this review four stars.

Incredible reels. Light and tons of drag.
We bought two to try out on our charter boat.We fish live bait for albacore, so our reels take a ton of abuse.We averaged 30 + fish a day, so we really put them to the test.We beat the hell out of them and they never let us down.Plenty of drag and they are incredibly light.Our clients loved these reels so much that we bought 10 more.The two years of free service cannot be beat.
