SterlingSpa HHB-100 Hand Held Chrome Toilet Bidet Sprayer Set - Diaper Sprayer Shattaf with Shut-off Valve

Ok, i fit this product in my washroom commode, one issue i noticed after using the hand shower the water keep on dripping for a while even if u close the valve, the moment i release the push button i am expecting not a single drop to come out which is the expected behavior, i don't know whether this is a faulty product or it behaves like this. As in the instructions we always close the shut off valve but one more thing if u shut off the valve the water in the tank also stop, what my understanding the shut off valve should control the shower and bypass the water going to the tank.I would like to ask the seller the two issues that i identify is that i am doing something wrong?

The Good:The hardware is solid and not junk and the sprayer has great power (I have good water pressure).The Bad:The 3 way adapter has awkward sizing and threads leading me to have to go to the hardware store and make my own costing me time and money.Tip:I ended up piping in hot and cold water from the shower instead of tapping of the toiled and used a thermostatically controlled water mixing valve so I can use warm water. This was the best thing ever.

Hose blasted after 2 years of use. My toilet got flooded and water went into room carpet. I was at home so, we were able to control the mess.

This is not as good as the previous one I had. This one drips around the "shower head" after using, but still gets the job done.

We change our home toilet connections after our son married a beautiful lady from the Philippines. We wanted our home to be comfortable for her when they visit. This very close to what she was used to in the bathrooms they used. It's so easy to hook up and I didn't have one issue. all the parts came with it. My daughter in-law suggested shutting the valve off when she wasn't here, since we don't use it, just incase it developed a leak, but so far it's perfect

Very disappointing,the threads on the valve and the spray hose are cut wrong. The toilet supply won't connect to the valve, and the sprayer won't connect to the spray hose. I tried every way that I could with a spare toilet supply line and no match what so ever.I ended up ordering this twice in hopes of finding something that was cut properly. No luck! In the end I bought a cheap set at a local hardware and that worked just fine.Folks the quality control is just not there.!!

This product and the seller is just amazing. It is priced just right and the customer service is excellent. They respond promptly and do their best to resolve the all customer concerns. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to add this feature to their bathrooms.

This thing leaks and ruined the base boards in my restroom... so it takes time to see if it works but it was only installed about 2 weeks ago and I didn't install it right away after I purchased it. Not I can't return it
