In my experience the Pipishell stand does the job it's supposed to do well. It is strong and robust and will hold the camera steady in the position you set. The clamps are quite large and will not shift once you have tightened them. My only negative is that the flexible part is very strong and takes a lot of effort to move if trying to get perecise small movements around objects. I would have liked it if the flexible arm was less rigid and easier to adapt to this kind of movement. Overall I am pleased with the stands, I bought two, and they suit my purpose very well. I would recommend these items.

Trying to manipulate the cord/chain thing is a bit of a hassle. It's nowhere near as flexible as I would have liked.Giving four stars rather than three as it's a sturdy bit of kit and easy(ish) to assemble.

Works perfectly. The neck is a little stiff to move, but this is a good thing - it stays in the position you set it. The clamp is good, the webcam pivot allows for plenty of movement to get the camera in the best position. All in all a very good, robust product.

Good build quality and price, but very stiff and unflexible. Being so stiff makes it difficult to get the position correct in the first place, let alone adjust. Once you have it in place though, it is very sturdy.

I bought two of these to hold my Oculus Rift sensors in place just above my monitors. I have a sit/stand desk, so wanted something relatively discreet that would hold them in the same position behind the monitors. The main clamp is made of metal and quite deep, so there was plenty of scope for me to clamp them to my monitor arms. The ball socket for the head is good as it can be tightened and loosened easily to orientate into the best position and then tighten to lock it. The gooseneck itself is very sturdy and quite stiff. Don't expect to be able to manipulate it into strange angles, but it's very strong and will hold something much heavier than my sensors in position. The threaded head and socket is made of plastic (the thread itself is metal), but it doesn't seem as though it will break any time soon. It's perfect for my needs and it seems very good quality overall.

I don't know what adapter to buy but it does NOT fit the C920 as advertised. I gave it 4 stars because it's a great mount and easy to assemble but now I need an adapter and I have no clue what I need to buy which is annoying to say the least.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent product. Very sturdy. Tall enough. Idiot proof assembly instructions. Can't fault this one bit. Very satisfied.

I bought two of these to hold the lights I bought for video conferencing - one for either side of my desk. As other reviewers have noted, they’re a bit stiff to get into the right position, but I think that’s a good thing, because it means they don’t move once you get them set up. Would definitely buy again if I needed to do something similar.
