it tastes terrible, it does not even dissolve all the way and I am unable to tell if it helps my energy levels at all, no crash occurs but I am unable to discern a boost at all

I've been using this nootropic for a couple months now and it continues to give me the boost that I need. There are a few others that I have taken but they were in capsule form and they tended to decrease their effectiveness over time.
