Texture is great
Not a strong corn flavor, but it definitely satisfies my cornbread craving. I bought some corn extract to try next time. Just got my new order of mix yesterday. It’s great with soups/stews.

Okay
Easy preparation but requires a lot of added ingredients. Not very tasty. I missed the corn flavor

It's ok
I was excited to have a keto cake and ordered two packages. The one opened looked as if it had been wet and was a solid chunk that had to be broken apart. In retrospect, it should have gone into the food processor or blender to break it up before adding anything. The other pack feels like a dry mix and will be more easy to use. This one was put into a 9" cake pan to bake and baked to a flat 1/2inch brownie like fritter. I hope the next one works properly. The other items purchased from the Miss Jones line have been top notch, so if your package feels like a compact, dense lump, send it back unopened.

Tasted great
I was not sure about this item, me and the kids are trying to eat health, but they are good. Tasted like regular blueberry muffins, kids could not taste a difference. I will be ordering again.

Just ok
These brownies are okay, but not great.Pros: easy to make, no added sugarCons: *extremely* dry and crumbly, so-so chocolate flavor, weird aftertasteHaving gone to the expense of buying the eggs and butter to make these brownies, I will keep them in my freezer for times when I am craving something chocolate-ish and brownie-ish and don’t have anything else on hand. But they may be more suitable for sprinkling on the top of something that can provide some much-needed moisture content. These crumbled apart as I was removing them from the pan. I ended up scraping about a quarter of the pan as crumbs with a spoon. There are other brands of keto brownies that are more satisfying.

Middling good.
Things I liked about this: It has a good texture that is quite moist which is rare in keto foods. It has a good flavor with very little bitter aftertaste which can happen with some non-sugar sweeteners.Things I didn’t like: The blueberries are more like flecks than berries and there’s not a lot of blueberry flavor. It is -very- sweet, and I found it to be too much (possibly because I’ve cut back on my own sugar consumption, so this may be a “me” problem). It only made 9 small muffins which, for the price, I’d hoped for more.I may purchase it again but if I do, I’m going to add in real blueberries and maybe a bit of lemon zest to ease up on the sweetness.

It taste PRETTY GOOD
The price is what bothered me,it had a different texture also, i can go to my grocery store and get martha whites yellow corn bread mix for 66 cents and this item i paid $8.00 bucks, ive bought almond and coconut flour in the past i dont recall it being very expensive, sure its more than the non keto mix,but from 66 cents to$8 dollars,is a big jump for me its all of these people selling there keto items for way more than there worth, hopefully itll catch on after a while, after they milk keto dry LOL
