This dress is beautiful. I am almost 5'4 and about 190. The 18 Plus fit perfectly. I did have to pay to have the dress shortened, since it was a bit long. I don't wear tall heels, so getting it altered at the bottom was needed. I am on the heavier side with bigger chest, and this dress was beautiful. It was comfortable, not too heavy and hid my stomach area because of the way the fabric bunches and falls. I love the embellishment. I figured if the embellishment ever falls off, I can just replace that area with a large beaded pin. The eggplant color was so pretty. I am going to buy another dress in either wine or navy blue. I am bummed it doesn't come in black.

This was a nice dress. Liked the color, weight and stretch of the fabric. It was a pretty cut with quality feeling raised beaded appliqué accent. The shoulders have a built in bra strap holder which was nice.I am 5’9” 180 lb and fit in size 14. The 16 was too loose with the shoulders and bodice falling down. The slit seemed a bit high for the dress style- but not a dealbreaker as there was ample material in the skirt. Unfortunately it was too short for me in both sizes, so was a send back.

Ordered several dresses for my son’s June wedding. This was my second choice only because the mother of the bride was wearing this color. I returned it but ordered it again in eggplant to wear to my other son’s wedding in September. Comfortable and elegant.

I ordered a 12, then a 10. If I were to wear for my daughters wedding I’d purchase an 8. The material is stretchy and a little heavy. That was for the 3stars. Simple with some elegance. Great value was on sale. No lining so that would add more weight to the overall design.

I bought this for my nephew's wedding. It is formal/black tie optional. This dress is perfect for the occasion.The material is soft and flows well. There is some stretch to it which will be good for comfort during the wedding and allow movement for dancing and socializing at the reception.Only minimal alterations are needed (photo is dress right out of the box) and I don't have shoes on.Definitely a good quality for this price range.The purple hue is beautiful. I did find this dress in a high end department store in navy blue and a size too small, it was twice the price. The navy is also very dark and appeared black in some light.I haven't attended the event yet, but so far I'm very happy with this dress.

Bought for grandson’s wedding. Love the color and fit. Got petite cause I am 5’1. Daughters wholeheartedly approved. It’s my first time buying a dress for an event on line but was pleasantly surprised.

Jersey stretch fabric is light and comfortable. For a Mother-Of-Groom occasion. Size 16 was perfect for me 5'9" , 175 lbs. Well made. Nice touch to have loops in shoulder to secure bra straps. Very pleased with this purchase.

This has been purchased for Mother of Groom. Have not worn yet but know I will be very comfortable in it. I like the ruching in back as it hides any bulges from bra.

The picture in the ad doesn't quite show the sparkle in the dress. It is very beautiful - very formal.
