Easily one of my top 5 tech and convenience purchases.Firstly, with regular cycles, it keeps on top of dust, dirt and general build up in high traffic areas. It is not a replacement for your big hoover but will significantly reduce the need. With turbo suction option, it does a good job, cleaning surprisingly close to the walls and skirting boards with the little spinning arm.Two, it mops about as well as you’d expect a cloth dragged along would clean. It’s not incredible but makes a difference. Have been running after lunch each day and it vacuums and mops away the evidence of the morning.Three, it climbs. We have a 10-15mm step between two rooms and it happily gets up and down when required. Not all robovacs can do this.The big plus for us us that we can get on with other cleaning tasks while the Roborock cleans the whole downstairs area in 20 mins or so.The app is pretty solid with good features for editing your map, customising the order of rooms, specific settings for vacuum and mopping by room, and setting boundaries if needed.Alexa integration works fine although we find the app just as quick and prefer to specify the clean from there.The tech is not cheap but given what it does, it is worth the price.

This is a quality product. Works great with Alexa and the app is really easy to use. Full control over which rooms to be cleaned incl. how much suction/water. The Vacuum mode is great, mopping is good for a general touch up, if the floor is super dirty like in a kitchen then the old fashioned manual mopping every so often is needed. Fully deserves the 5stars.

The Roborock works amazing, it loads the space in its database and then you can set the rooms in your app to customise the cleaning area, select rug places and stuff.The remote control with the app is cool,The battery last a lot of time, for cleaning my house its working for an hour and it only spends 30% of battery or so.The suction power is ok, it could leave behind very thin fluff or hair, but overall it’s pretty good.

Love this robot vacuum cleaner! Best features are the quality of the clean and the navigation. It copes well with carpets and rugs as well as hard wood and tile flooring. Only the thickest rugs are not manageable. The only issue is that the waste bin fills very quickly and sometimes fluff ends up coming out of the vacuum and is left behind if the bin isn't emptied after a couple of room cleans. With a large floor space we find the bin is more than full on a full floor clean.

This vacuum cleaner is simply brilliant. I had a random access cleaner before which was really annoying - it was always underfoot and required a lot of brush cleaning. This cleaner figures out where all the rooms are and methodically cleans according to the room plans in its memory. It’ll handle 2 floors (maybe more) too! I like the fact that the filter can be washed and re-used up to maybe 20 times, keeping down costs. I like also I can use it to wash floors. All in all a great purchase.

This Xiaomi Roborock S5 Max robot has now done 382 minutes and 441m2 of cleaning. Each time the dustbin is removed I'm amazed at how much fine dust it collected. Moping works well and the no-mop zone is easily set-up.

We just got our first ever puppy. Roborock is amazing as keeping the floors clean. People think these are a gimmick. I was shocked at how much hair it had lifted. While it will never replace a deep thorough manual vacuum, gitting into tight spaces etc, i certainly would be lost without it. We can vacuum 3 times a day, while sitting with our feet up. Keeps on top of things nicely. Best gadget ive ever bought.

El mejor. He tenido varias congas que han acabado fallando de una u otra manera. Además la App de conga es horrible, borra los mapas, es terrible para conectarla al WiFi... Esta se conecta sin ningún esfuerzo, y el mapa lo hace de maravilla.El nivel de ruido es inferior, y cuando pasa por la alfombra activa el turbo de verdad. Ah, y habla en español!El único "pero" es la capacidad del depósito y la altura: es unos milímetros más alta y con el mondongo del láser no pasa por debajo del sofá. Pero merece la pena muchísimo

E' facile da programmare ed ha una durata di batteria ottima, pulisce bene. Non sono tanti gg. che lo sto usando (dal 5 Febbraio) ma avendo una casa su più piani ed abbastanza grande ne sono soddisfatto, sia come aspirazione, sia come lavaggio.Ha un ottimo contenitore per l' acqua con elevata capienza, ottimo anche il contenitore della polvere anche se merita un piccolo appunto, al sua interno avrebbero potuto mettere una retina pre-filtro HEPA per fermare le parti più grosse e fare in maniera che non tutto vada ad intasare il filtro vero e proprio. un' altro appunto lo farei sulla fornitura, arriva completo e li visto il costo, avrebbero potuto aggiungere almeno un ricambio del panno di lavaggio e una spazzolina a stella laterale rotante.Poi (e questo è una mia richiesta per una mia comodità); possibile che un' azienda di tale importanza non metta a disposizione per il loro acquisto le parti almeno che seguono il robot in prima fornitura? Vivo su più piani, ed ho richiesto almeno una base di ricarica corredata di cavo per inserimento presa ma, NIENTE DA FARE NON ESISTE.Direi INCONCEPIBILE come non sia previsto dal momento che è programmabile il funzionamento anche in Nostra assenza e terminato non possa ricaricarsi cosi da ritrovarlo pronto al Nostro ritorno perché la pulizia è su un' altro piano.

Dos limpiezas ha durado. La segunda vez que lo hemos puesto, indicaba todo el rato error 2, parachoques sucio. Lo limpiamos (aparentemente no presentaba ninguna suciedad), se vuelve a encender y sigue señalando el error sucesivamente. El producto si funciona bien parece una buena herramienta para la limpieza en casa, pero en nuestro caso no lo pudimos comprobar, es lo que tiene la tecnología china.
