Christmas Traditions Around the World (Holiday) Staple Bound – September 1, 2003

This is an activity book for young children, although I can see some 5th graders reading it to find out abut some Christmas traditions. I totally picked the book because of the picture on the front. I do a gingerbread unit and was hoping to glean a bit of information on that particular tradition, which this booklet seems to be missing.

This had some cute little pages with things from around the world at Christmas. It matched my theme at school. Always love Carole Marsh - was a little shorter than I imagined.

This is a cute little book for the price. We decided to do a "Christmas around the world" theme this year, so, I purchased this to include in an international foods basket. It is a thin little book , so, don't expect a lengthy book. But, it does have some fun recipes and tells you about traditions from all around the world and you even learn how to say Merry Christmas in many different languages. I already wrapped it, so, I will post some photos after we open it. Very cute and affordable and a really fun book to include in your Christmas or for a gift. We will certainly be trying out some of the recipes in the book. This will be great for family bonding time and building new and fun traditions.

I guess you get what you pay for...very cheaply made. Don't waste your money

This book was surprisingly short. I gave it four stars though because it is informative. I was surprised that it is only a few pages long though.

I knew this was an activity book, not reader, but it really doesn't have as much in it as I expected for the price.

Thought this was more detailed than what I got. Still a nice resource to have.

This was a very small book, but offered ideas for children's activities. Its list of saying 'Happy Christmas' in different languages, was very helpful
