Once I got the correct punch for my grommet machine and made a few modifications, it works flawlessly!

I was trying to buy the product from their website, but saw that it was going to take almost a week to get here. Amazon had it for just a couple dollars more, but with free prime shipping. It was a no-brainer.

Using these grommets on 13oz High Strength Banner Vinyl and so far so good. Haven't had any problems.

Strong material. Others bend and break. These work perfectly and met my high expectations

I tested the stainless steel # 2 S.P.G.W on a pair of leather welding gloves it went through leather easily and rolled nicely..... I used the Stimpson 405 press with a #2 S.P.G.W. die. The grommet is on there tight and clean 👍

I use grommets for several applications. For a recent outdoor project, I bought these grommets because I wanted to avoid rust. I have several 3/8” grommet presses that have worked with all ⅜” grommets — except these. When I called the company to ask if they could recommend a brand of portable press that *would* work, they generously (?!) offered to sell me their bench press and dies for more than $250. Having already spent $70 on their grommets, and having no need for a bench grommet press, I declined. Amazon was kind enough to issue a full refund, so the only cost was time and aggravation. Whew! If you do not have the Stimpson bench tool, don’t buy these grommets.

I have done grommets at home for a while and I finally got a grommet press, but the grommets included with the set were CRAP. I purchased a mid-range priced "heavy duty" (not) set of grommet pieces. They were awful also, so I returned them. When I received the Stimpson grommets I was pleasantly surprised. First of it was packaged in a real box. Not the Chinese crap we've been getting used to. I can actually store these in the box. The product was 1,000% better than anything I have ever used. I thought the price was steep, but is so worth it. Im old so my time and effort are priceless :-) This is the only brand I will ever use again.
