Great budget telescopic ladder, lighter than expected.
The media could not be loaded. 3.8m telescoping ladder. This was a bit of an impulse buy, as I just wanted something simple and quick to use when getting out the double 2 section ladder seemed a bit of an effort! It's easy to use, lightweight (I read somewhere is was 10KG but its actually only 8.4KG) and sturdy enough for the odd jobs at home.At full extension it does bend/flex more than I would like, but I guess this is within specifications (I'm about 82KG - so if you weigh a lot more then maybe consider a sturdier ladder). It's very quick to extend and pretty straightforward to collapse (just watch your fingers/hands as others have mentioned). I went for the 3.8m (I was tempted to go for a 4.5m one but I'm glad I didn't having seen the flex on this one) Its probably the best size for usefulness combined with it's weight and height. One thing in its favour (I suppose this applies to all telescoping ladders) is that because of the flexibility in the whole ladder you don't have to be so critical about being square on the floor (and top) to avoid wobble. It just generally sinks into position. I certainly wouldn't push this advantage too far, but it does mean on less even surfaces it feels less wobbly. If you just want a budget ladder (and understand its limitations - weight/stability etc) you can not go wrong with one of these. Wish I had had one sooner!

Compact ladder
Does what it's supposed to. Extends and holds my lardy tub up to about the second floor mark, I can clean my upstairs windows with them and when am finished they compact down so no huge amiht of storage space required, plus they fit in the car easily for transport to other places. The ladders don't feel overly solid when climbing on them, might just be me, I mean they havnt given way on me yet but they feel like my fat backside is testing their strength I'm 15stone.I recon I am going to loose a finger when closing them at some point. They close very fast and heavy down when the latches are pushed in, get them digits out the way. While they have some minor niggles, overall they are worth the cost and they were delivered really early. If you need a compact ladder I cant yet fault them, but I'll update in the future if that changes.

Good
Bought these for decorating. They're a bit bendy but still really good, used them on my hailo stair platform so I could reach the high walls when cutting in.Only thing I noticed that was a slight issue, when I went to press the buttons in to drop the rung down it dropped down and dropped the one under it down which shouldn't have happened but thats happened a few times now. However I've been right up on these and they have been sturdy so I think the issue is only when putting it down. Watch your fingers when pressing the buttons in too!

Picture misleading - Ladders do not fold in middle to make A-Frame
Ladders are lightweight and easy to store as they are telescopic. I was disappointed to find that they do not fold in the middle to make an A-frame (to use as a step ladder) as the advertised picture shows, this picture is misleading. They also are not that sturdy. My husband is a strong, rugby player build but does not weigh anywhere near 150kg and the ladders were wobbling with only him on them.

Great multi purpose ladder
The first time you use it be very careful when lowering it. As the potential of being a finger trapper. Once you are aware, it's a great ladder

Way better than it looks on the pictures
It’s really well built, sturdy and way larger/ stronger than it looked online. Really happy with it, besides, it arrived around 3 days earlier than planned, so that’s another plus. I thought I would return it if it was too flimsy, but it feels great. The locking mechanism is very safe, and some complain of it snapping down, endangering your fingers, but mind you this is not intended as a kids toy and the safety warnings are clearly written on the ladder (there are stickers all over it, really, so impossible to miss) plus you’d be careful if you were closing a 7 step + ladder anyway, wouldn’t you? Very good. Thanks for your service

Height
Nice ladders easy to use and easy to store but when you open it up its great at low height and when you go higher it seems to be loose at and looks like if you put weight on it might break

Quite flimsy, wouldn’t recommend it
This was not quite what I expected, it is light that’s the plus but for the rest not sure. It is far from sturdy and I don’t think it would be safe to use on my own. As you extend it it becomes flimsy and potentially unsteady. It opens easily but does not fold back easily and need to be careful not to hurt yourself.Would probably be ok for small use within the house, but not sturdy enough for outside and higher reach. I would have returned it really if it wasn’t that to establish all of the above I had to use it, and hence it wouldn’t have been unused and unopened. A waste of money unfortunately
