Quiet, clean
This is the forth Kobi vent hood I've installed, it's super quiet on the low setting and has easily-cleaned grease baffles. Love the simple push buttons and the lines that look good and are easy to wipe down.It really does move a lot of air on the higher settings, I've noticed a remarkable improvement to air quality in my home and we no longer have grease settling on every surface.

Great vent hood, smooth installation, very quiet
This is a top notch home kitchen hood at a great price. The fan is truly quiet. I think the “high” setting (680 cfm) has about the same or less noise than the “low” setting on my old microwave we replaced. There is also a “quiet” setting which is basically noiseless and a “low” setting which is good for general purpose cooking when there isn’t a lot of grease/smoke that still allows you to carry on a conversation and not feel overwhelmed by fan noise.Installation was a little dicey because this is only a 12” deep fan and there are no options for adapters or extenders sold by this company that work with this fan. If you have 15” upper cabinets or maybe just this one cabinet is offset from the wall to create architectural looks, there will be a gap behind the vent which will trap gases and grease. We had to find a stainless steel gap plate from GE, which happened to look like a similar style of stainless steel, and install that at the back. Wiring was all normal, and I was very pleased to find out that the location of the vent (for rear venting with the 3x10” rectangular duct) was in the exact same location as our previous microwave so I didn’t have to do any duct work. I cannot speak to top venting.I have not attempted to clean the baffles in the dishwasher yet, so I cannot comment on that.

Great while it works, takes some doing to install, but LED lights are poorly designed
I've had my Range Hood now for over a year, and I love the way it looks. I have it above a GE range with a tri-burner and it does a great job at pulling the smoke from ripping hot cast iron skillets and wok cooking. It requires some maintenance otherwise the switches start to stick, but just make sure to give it a good wipe once a week and put your screens in the dishwasher around the same time and it seems to work well. The only problem I have, is that my LED lights no longer work. I popped one out thinking it would just be an LED bulb assembly I'd have to replace, but it looks like it's some sort of integrated LED light. I'll have to call the company tomorrow to see what can be done about this.Edit: Phonecall to the company worked out great! I told them my problem and they sent me a replacement LED bulb assembly. You have to use a utility blade to get under it, but it comes out as a whole pack, with a 2 prong connector that is easily replaced. I was under warranty and they shipped it out, I got the part within a week!

Could not be happier. It really gets lots of air out and ...
This hood is just phenomenal. Could not be happier. It really gets lots of air out and is really quiet. We bought a Kitchen Aid hood Architect line because of the brand. It was very noisy but since it was installed could not do anything. In a matter of weeks it stopped working and we were able to return. Once we got the refund we decided to try the Kobe because of the quietness promised on their site. It delivers with 5 stars. Highly recommend and would buy again in a heartbeat.

Good Product
Had multiple hiccups in package delivery, but the product is good. Below are few things to plan1. if you are replacing under cabinet micro-oven with this hood, you will need to purchase the power plug as this product comes only wires and requires a male plug to the wires2. Some times you will need to buy the rear vent extension (cost me $3 from my local store ) to attach at rear vent.3. Aluminum tape is required to seal the ventsOverall very satisfied with product...

Nice hood - warranty service is unacceptable
I purchased this hood in January of this year (less than a year ago). After installation I was very happy with the hood. It looks nice and the fan setting move plenty of air. However in August of this year the button which turns on the "High" fan setting stopped working. The fan comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. No problem right? I contacted the manufacturer via the e-mail address in the warranty to resolve.Rather than receiving assistance I was directed to remove a panel and check electrical connections. Weird but ... ok, I tried it. Checking the connections did not resolve the issue. After reporting this to the customer service agent via e-mail he attempted to direct me to further disassemble the unit. I am many things but a fan repair man is not one of them. Which I explained, renewing my request for service under the parts and labor warranty. This was met with refusal, stating that due to Covid the manufacturer is not providing service. This is simply an excuse - there are multiple ways to provide service safely.Purchase this unit at your own risk. The manufacturer does not stand behind their product.

Beautiful, quiet, range hood that removes cooking exhaust with strength
Arrived quickly in manufacturers packaging with all manuals and installation guide. The protective plastic was adhered to all components and functioned and installed easily. There was one stripped screw but otherwise as expected and described.
