Buy wall anchors
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE WALL ANCHORS.Buyer beware, unless you are securing to wall studs, you will need some anchors. I purchased 3/16" × 2" toggle anchors from Home Depot. Once I got what I needed the install was pretty easy. As long as you got everything measured all you have to do is drill the plates in to the wall. I did put a piece of gaff tape on the end of the actual bar to make it more secure. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

Not a fan of these towel racks
I am not a fan of this style towel racks. Not sturdy and pretty soon it will start to wobble. I have no choice because I have to replace with similar design what was installed originally. The way these towel racks are designed is not ideal but most towel racks are similar style. I wish I have an idea to make it better design towel racks which will be sturdier, easier to install and will not wobble over time. Also will not damage the dry wall.

Missing screw
I have installed several of this particular model. It is perfectly functional, if all the parts are provided. On several occasions, the tiny socket screw used for attaching the end brackets to to the wall dock was missing from the packaging. This means a trip to Home Depot to try locating a make-do.

Used junk?
Used but sold as new? No instructions (I don't need, so ok), no drywall anchors (I have plenty lying around, so ok) and set screw is jammed so far inside the stupid end piece that it's siezed up (not ok). I ruined 2 small bits trying to get it out (stupid me, trying again after the first one...).

You could bend this bar with your hands.
It was easy to install. It is just cheap. Spend $10 more and get a nice heavy sturdy towel rack from Lowe's or Home Depot. Plus side: This is long enough for big bath towels. It just feels like its made out of soda can aluminum.

It said Moen, but for the price it's fake Moen.
Fake product, the packaging definitely was not a Moen product. We should've known from the pricing. Returned.

Fake Moen
Haven't installed yet, almost scared to. The packaging definitely is after market. Can't tell if this is real Moen or fake. Absolutely no markings on the metal to identify. That being said, I don't believe its THAT bad, I think it'll still do the job. The product itself looks as it should. The price definitely is pleasing! Will update after install.

Nice looking and inexpensive towel bar
Not a really sturdy or heavy duty towel bar but once it’s on the wall it works just fine. It’s made with pretty thin metal so I would caution where you install it. For the price o couldn’t beat it. I’m buying a second one for another area of my bathroom.

Perfect colour match
Bought this to match the brushed nickel finish on our other Moen product for our new bathroom build. You can buy these at Home Depot and Lowes. I didnt like their stock. Also, preferred to buy the pieces separately because I dont need everything that may come in a kit. It worked to be able to cut the bar to custom size it for the wall I wanted it on.
