SpencoSpenco Ground Control Shoe Insoles for Women and Men, High Arch, Women's 9-10 / Men's 8-9

I like them, work well in my shoes. This order though I had to trim them some where previously they fit my shoes w/o being trimmed.

For what I wanted, this insole has just enough arch support, just enough cushion, is flexible, seems durable, is easy to cut to fit. A bit more expensive than the other insoles I've used, but overall excellent. Can recommend it, and will buy again.

I have high arches but these inserts are HIGH arches. In hind sight I should have bought the medium arches. I’m still wearing them but am looking for something different since they are so high it’s uncomfortable.

Comfortably fit in my shoes and service quickly delivered.

I purchased two of these in a size 5-6 women. THEY did not fit any of my shoes at all. Way too wide and long, I couldn't even shove them in my shoes. I normally wear a size 5 in spenco. I purchased these to fit in my boots which I normally wear a size 5.5 for thicker socks, but they still wouldn't fit into the boots. Don't get me wrong, they look and feel like a pretty good product. I ended up having my husband try it in his shoes. He wears a mens size 8 and they fit inside his shoes perfectly. At the very least I didn't have to return them and just had my husband use them. I gave this a 1 star review because most people would read the best or the worst, but not too much in between. I would have given this a 1 for sizing and a 4 or 5 for the actual product.

Like that it's thin and the arch is lower than 35mm which seems the common insert arch. I specifically needed thin inserts for boots bc many times w low volume shoes like narrow boots, inserts will make your shoes not fit anymore. So I had to cut the inserts Alot. Not just the toe area but all around the top including some of the cup heel. Once i cut the toe portion n the boots still didn't fit, I had nothing to loose. So don't be scared to trim until you get what you need bc I am pretty sure once cut they wouldn't be accepted as a return. Anyways, walking about house a short while I am satisfied so far. Better than my old inserts the uncomfortable boots can with. The real test will be to wear these a whole day. I kept my old inserts just in case. Fingers crossed bc if your feet are picky like mine you know how it is n u just want the saga to end lol

I'm 200+ lbs with high arches and I hike and walk a LOT. I've been relying on - and paying a lot for - Spenco and Superfeet for probably 5-10 years now. Increasingly they've made little difference, so I've switched to another brand (Fit Geno) which is working really well for me with the extra arch support. These ones just aren't firm enough to support weight on high arches, to the point where they're useless to me now.
