In the Heart of the World: Thoughts, Stories, and Prayers

I've read "No Greater Love"....FABULOUS read. Was looking forward to this book but was a bit disappointed. It contains some prayers (same as ones in church music books). Some stories were similar to "No Greater Love". If gift giving and/or purchasing Mother Teresa's books on a first time, perhaps start with this one and read "No Greater Love" to follow.

This book reveals the importance of Mother Teresa to believers. It lays out definitions and examples for the basis of faith. Stories are told that show faithful actions today. It gives examples of prayers.

Very inspiring and thought provoking

This book is an example of pure love and generosity, wonderful work. She was definitely an angel for the poor.

Great read and thought provoking...

Focuses on spiritual traits innate in everyone but distractions and material allurements wreck it thus the mind succumbs to darkness of the soul and confusion and chaos reign.

I was so pleased to find a copy of "In the Heart of the World" by Mother Teresa. I have owned many copies and each time have given it away and bought another - I think this time maybe I will keep it for myself. The price was right - I received it promptly and is in the condition as described. I love this book.

I love Mother Teresa! All she stood for, all she did. I enjoyed this small book filled with her reflections. I did expect it to have a bit more in it than it did. It was shorter than I expected, but still good, and filled with lots of small thoughts, stories and prayers to meditate on.

This is one of her best books, full of wisdom given to her from God, and Mother Teresa's observations on life. It is gentle and inspiring.

I could read this over and over. It's very easy to read but with such powerful inspiring thoughts prayers and stories by an very inspiring special lady. A treasure i will keep forever.

Such a beautiful, humble book - her message of love, joy, and service to others is wonderful. A great read.
