Ice Breaker is the best Marino money can buy.$90.00/$125.00 seems like a lot of money until you wear it several times a week, fall and winter and still pull it out for the 8th year and it's in good shape. It runs large. I can wear a small for a little closer fit but I by a medium and fold the hem of the sleeve up once. Don’t try and size up to allow for shrinkage. There is no, no, no, shrinking with Ice Breaker.

I would say it feels a bit "itchier" than smartwool when you first put it on, but the difference is minuscule and within two minutes you forget about it. The cut is good, sizing is spot on. Does well in washing machine on hand washing cycle in cold water. I always line dry them, never put them in dryer. Noticed no pilling or shrinking after several wear. In winterI often wear them with a thin silk long sleeve under.

As comfortable as wool can be. Very snug fit. Returned.

I was tired of being cold all the time even with my fluffiest sweaters. Well this was the final answer. I have also a 260 when it is really cold, but during normal winter times, a 200 sublayer of merino under any normal clothes and I don't think about the cold once. Changed my life. (Also got the glove liners, saved my fingers more than once).

It's lightweight and not bulky so I can put them on underneath my shirts without a problem. Sometimes I wear it as a shirt and it looks good. Plus it keeps you warm!! I would buy more if I continue traveling to colder places.

High quality, lightweight. Wore this as a base layer underneath a merino wool sweater and body temperature was warm if not near sweating. Will certainly buy more base layers from this high quality brand.

I have several ice breaker products and love, love them. This one, however, was surprisingly itchy. I usually have a high tolerance for wool itch but couldn't do this one. Returning it. Two stars because the shape/cut is nice.

Excellent purchase. For my girlfriend . She loves it and likes to wear it all the time. Doesn’t have to be washed as often as cotton. Warm and breathe able.
