Lightweight and super performance.
This pad is light weight but does such a good job! I am a heavy rider and have, in the past, had issues with a couple of my horses getting a sore back. I've tried a lot of pads of various thickness. If you get a pad TOO thick you can't keep your saddle tight and you sort of roll around on top of your horse. This pad is not super thick but I never have had a sore back when using it. I use a thin cotton pad under it to keep it clean. LOVE it and my horses do too :)
