Yes, this product is cheaply made and designed. The mineral balls inside were stained with like a rusty looking substance on them...how long have they been sitting. The only good thing is the water that comes out of the micro holes. I went to my local Home Depot to purchase a connector and hose (being that it did not come with one and the vinyl threads) to make sure that the hoses were tightly secured and sealed to prevent leaks. So, as I completed everything and did my test run, you could see around the head of the shower was spraying water out. Worse those is, you cannot unscrew this section of the shower head to add vinyl threads to make a tighter seal or it will break, so it just leaks. Why don't this company do test runs on this product? Do they check the reviews?

Pretty basic, but does the job quite nicely!

Terrible product. I bought two of them for each of my showers and both of them leaked. Don't spend the money on faulty products. I am going to try and return.

We love this showerhead. We live in the country and have hard water. This as really helped with my dry skin.

Great shower head. Easy to grip. Strong enough spray. Filters water so you can actually feel the difference.

This item looks and feels cheaply made. The installation is easy (just unscrew and screw on the new one) I didn't even need to use plumber's tape. And the pressure is good, but I would suggest that for someone on a budget this is a decent buy, but better products are out there for just a few dollars more. I was given this product in exchange for an honest review. I do like the switch on the side and it does work well, but I can't get past the feel in my hand of cheap plastic. I expect it to break quickly even though it hasn't yet. I am posting a pic of the holes, as another review said they are tiny, I worried it wouldn't make a good spray but they do work.

I do like that it raises the height of my shower by quite a bit, as I am a tall person. However, I am not sure about the little beads. Thus far, despite what setting I use it on, my scalp and skin are both left dry and itchy, something that has not been an issue for me before. I'm not sure exactly what the issue is causing it, but it may eventually be enough to stop using the product. I do like that it was easy to install and simple to use. I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
