I have bouhgt loads of Dvd but I just love DVD that came inside this set. It brings fun into workout so you don't feel like a robot but actually enjoying yourself in your own place and in your own time.

Can't comment on the final product because, although the barcode said it was a 75cm ball, the box and the ball itself both stated it was only 65cm, so I had to send it back.Interestingly, the return email from Amazon define the return as being becuase it was undeliverable (ie my fault for not being in) as opposed to the fact the product was labelled incorrectly. Becuase of this, I now have to re-order if I want to get the right size rather than them just sending what I asked for.

Great for lower back and pelvis. Keeps back straight.

This is my new desk chair and I love it. Use it all the time.If you are using this as your desk chair: BUY THE BIG 75CM ONE! I read about the sizing, and since I am just over 5' tall, I bought a smaller ball. I think it would have been a good size to use while working out, but it was way too short for my desk. So buy a 75cm one if you are using it as a desk chair.Due to my job, I'm on the computer all the time and I was having a lot of back and neck pain. Using this ball as a chair has helped me eliminate most of that pain. It keeps me more aware of my seated posture, and I since it moves around I am not straining the same little muscles for hours straight. I highly suggest it if you have a desk job and have back pain.The ball is made from high quality plastic or rubber (whatever it is). It is very well made.When I first got it, I did have to re-inflate it a few times, probably because it was being stretched out for the first time. Now it rarely needs any reinflating, and if it does it's just a few pumps.The hand-pump included works just fine too. It's sturdy and made with hard plastic.I haven't tried the workout CD it came with, since I mostly just use it for sitting on, so that did not factor into my review.

La usamos para nuestro bebé. Funciona muy bien. Un poco tardada de inflar con la bomba pero fácil.No sé qué más decir, es una pelota de pilates, es resistente, cumple su función!
