The customized item was shipped within a few days and was received in less than a week! It was impressive!The box and packaging also were great. The box even says a gift for you! Normally, I don't care about this sort of thing but in this case, I had to mention it because it did make an impression. It was also wrapped in foam and bubble-wrapped.As we all know, ordering on Amazon can be hit or miss. In this case, the item itself was made in the US and was flawless... Overall, I am sure the people we are giving it to, will be happy and we could not be more pleased.

I loved the award. However, there was an issue with something on the wording which was my fault. They were amazing at helping to fix the problem and get me the corrected version on a timely manner.
