Soap & Glory Sit Tight Super Intense 4D Targeted Firming & Smoothing Lower Body Serum (125ml)

I just purchased this and have only used it a couple of times under my yoga pants pre-workout, but boy you can instantly feel it going to work. There is definitely an Icy Hot type burn to it. The first time I used it all over the upper half of my leg some of which transferred to the fine china. It was rather unpleasant. I had to stop working out to was it off. So as long as your careful about that you will really like this product! It also has a twist On and Off applicator to keep it from wasting while not in use which I really liked. I can throw it in my gym bag and not worry. I’m a flabby 43 year old mom of 4 and it definitely makes a difference.

I can feel it getting warm , although I have not witness the results yet but I do not use it consistently either so that may be why

I apply this to my core + whatever muscle group I'm training that day. My body warms up and muscles pumped 10x faster than normal, absolutely love this stuff. BEWARE - IT'S PRETTY STRONG. Not for sensitive skin or sensitive areas.

Box this came in was Saran Wrapped shut so I'm a little concerned about the quality of the product. It also says to switch to the "on" position but nothing happens

Interesting product. I tried this because I have used Soap and Glory’s line of products for years and have been very happy. This is something different- not my cup of tea to be honest. The gel heats up just as described and gets hot, not warm...almost to the point of discomfort and stays hot for a while- at least 40 minutes. The part that I truly don’t like is how the tube and cap operates. The tube does not have enough structure to perform the function of rolling the gel on when it is not completely full. So the tube ends up being crushed in order to be able to squeeze and roll out at the same time. Poor product design. Second, the cap must be turned to the “on” position in order to squeeze the gel out but as you roll it onto your skin, the cap turns sideways and sometimes “off” so it makes the whole thing useless. I can not recommend this product based on product design alone. As for results- no changes were visible after using this for several weeks despite the difficulty with application. I can not recommend this product for any reason- especially at the cost of $22.

If you pair it up with some squats or even some mild exercise, it will work WONDERS. I wish I could post a before and after pic, but I forgot to take one when I started using this.I normally put it on right after my post-work out shower, and I can feel it work (it burns, pleasantly in my opinion, but just a heads up) for several minutes.If you're constant with it, I SWEAR that any cellulite will banish... at least mine did.The results are honestly disbelieving.So, if you plan to pair this up with some work out, BUY IT. If you're just expecting a miracle without any effort involved, don't.

When I bought this I used this for 2 weeks straight with NO exercise and I started to see a sitter difference. After that every time I exercised (1x week maybe riding my exercise bike or doing squats and hip exercises I’ve seen it completely shrink my waist! HINT: I also used this with shrink wrap and a body wrap during these exercises. Love this and would totally recommend!

Didn't do anything for me. No warm feeling. Tried it before and after going to the gym. Smells citrus, which I liked. Easy to roll on. But not worth it for me at all

Good product

Bought for my other half. She said it spelt good and did have that burning sensation that everyone described, quite pleasant in the winter. However only slight results for something that was a little expensive.
