Costa Del Mar Men's Tech Hood Performance Long Sleeve Shirt

So I’m on the shorter side, around 5’7 but I weigh around 175lbs & a lot of my weight sits around my stomach & hips unfortunately. So not just straight up & down or a V shape…those guys, anything will fit/look good onSo I always spend a lot of time each summer trying to find a swim shirt that doesn’t enhance those areas on me since most of them do because they’re meant to be a tighter material. This brand is the only brand I’ve had success with. I’ve tried dozens, if not more & played around with different size options etc & still Costa is the only brand that fits me in a way that doesn’t look unflattering. I will say though that ordering Costa shirts off Amazon can be hit or miss because it seems like they carry different styles & some of them fit different. These hoodies though are great. Price is a bit high for what they are but that’s just my personal opinion since I think everything is overpriced anyway lol but for the peace of mind & to look decent while out on the beach, I’ll pay it. Oh & if you only care about the quality & don’t care how they fit then you’ll be satisfied as well. Costa is a reputable brand in the swim/fishing space so quality is good. But if you can, try finding them in your local sports stores like dunhams, cabelas, etc & try on in person

I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy a hoodie shirt at the beach but this turned out to be such a comfortable way to experience the wet sunny environment. I enjoy wearing this at the beach, on a boat, or just around town. It dries quickly and manages to dry flat and uncrumpled, it always looks fresh. Now I just need to figure out how to pull this look off at the office.

I bought this for a trip I had to Cartagena Colombia and this was wonderful. I didn't had to worry too much about using sunscreen with the UPF this shirt offers. Fits great, good quality.

Fit great and great protection from the sun

I typically wore colored cotton t-shirts that wet and sticky. These Costa Del Mar gave me the dry comfort I had been wanting. Plus the long sleeve and hoodie lets me protect myself from the sun’s burning light rays quickly and easily.

Used these during a fishing expedition in Craig, Alaska. Underneath the water proof garb these kept me warm at 5am cast off. As the day wore on and weather got warmer, took off waterproof fishing jacket and this worked well to cool me down at height of hard feeling and the requisite intermediate pull ups. Highly recommended😊
