The flavor will take some getting used to. I found it to have an unpleasant after taste but, It's far better than five hour energy.

I like the fact that the taste is pleasant and that it is required to be refrigerated. I am not sure if it works as well as another brand that I used previously, but I do believe that it does produce some benefits.
