Coffee in a filter pack is the only way to go. Just put in, no measuring how many spoons full you need to put in. All pre-measured and a good tasting coffee.

The description of this product said it was filter packs. What I received was small bags of ground coffee that I have to use my own filters. It says I can't return item, even though it is wrong.

They work great for the office at work

Ad didn't give size of the packs and when they arrived, it turned out that they are for big coffee makers, not individual cups. I was not happy because that was not what I wanted

If you like the taste of artificial, chemical-heavy paper, you will like this coffee. If you like coffee, do not buy this product. I am not exaggerating, it is that bad.Buy regular maxwell house or even the pack of individual bags.

I LOVE MAXWELL HOUSE..I wanted filter packs and was unable to purchase the smaller filter packs in Canada..no matter who I contacted. I was truly disappointed with Kraft response. The product I ordered will absolutely be used however these are meant for a much larger pot of coffee. A bit of a waste for me personally but better than not having any at all. I am so annoyed that in order to get the 4-5 cup filter packs I have to drive to the USA to get them at a reasonable price..the shipping costs almost double the price of the product. The picture shows the product I was looking to purchase..as I am told no longer available in Canada
