Patons Kroy Socks Yarn, 2-Pack, Route 66 (Blue, Green, and Brown Yarn)

This sock yarn is buttery smooth and a dream to knit with. Two skeins make one pair of socks but you need a third skein for a large size or if you want the sock longer than ankle length.

I love this yarn for socks. I used a US 1 (rather than the suggested US 2 on the yarn tag), and the resulting fabric was really lovely. This is on the heavier side of sock yarn, keep that in mind. I wish the yardage was a bit higher though. I probably had about 3 yards left after knitting one sock with one skein, so if I'd have made it a tad longer, I'd been out of luck.

Love the yarn, I came in a timely manner. I would definitely order more in the future.

i was hesitant to order yarn online- generally like to see it in the store. I was pleased the colors matched the photo.

My husband is happy with the colors, and the socks I'm knitting are for him, but I was disappointed that "Blue Striped Ragg" color is not available. The only place I can buy it it is more expensive, so these will do. This yarn is nice, thick, washes and wears well.

Like this yarn a lot - especially these colors.

Pretty pattern

Nice yarn, soft enough for socks. Photo shows black and white section on yarn but in reality color is pale blue and grey. Not bad enough to return but not what was expected.
