Appetite went down noticeably. As far as fat loss, not sure how effective due to being sub 10% body fat. It becomes extremely hard to lose fat at that point.

I have never been on something like this ever, I usually stay away from this stuff to tell you the truth but my boyfriend decided to get me this as a birthday present cause I have been struggling with my weight. It is a non-harmful product, I don't get any side effects from taking it and it really does what it is supposed too, not to mention it took less then 48 hours to even notice a difference in my weight. I would suggest though that you don't rely on it allot, you will have to stop taking them at some point. I take them twice a day, one in the morning and one after lunch, I choose to wait an hour after eating to take them, that is by choice so it is not recommended and also with a workout I have seen allot of progress. But note to self if you really want better results then just maintaining your weight you will have to add activities then you get even better results.

HORRIBLE side affects - Extreme moodiness, irritability, depression, feeling spaced out - unfocused.... bottom line: not worth it.

This, along with Evomuse BRITE, are staple products for me. I have been taking Epitome for 8 months straight and is works great at crushing my appetite. It took about 2 weeks for it to start manipulated by appetite and readjust my Leptin system, but it works and the Queen Bee Acid gives the added bonus of activating the AMPK pathway most known for "switching on" during aerobic activity. Great product for fat loss. I can't comment entirely on how well it cuts, but in terms of recomping it can definitely help. While taking this my diet slipped a bit at times, but no noticeable decline in body composition. It sometimes increased my hunger, but found that food filled me up significantly quicker than normal. It's tough trying to force yourself to eat at times. Also very noticeable decrease in tolerance to heat. Hands down the best way to get your bodyfat down without having to resort to taking a bunch of stim fat burners. It shines with the higher bodyfat. I was around 15% after months of dieting on stims. My weight/fat loss stalled. I added this and stopped the stim based fat burners and got down to 12% in a month. No cardio, just weight lifting. It crushed my appetite which was a plus. I highly recommend this product.

Have used a full bottle and ordered a couple more it was that good. It really helped be drop s out 3-4% of bodyfat in one bottle. I did a mid morning dose and a pre bed dose and it worked great for me. No negative sides-only the shredding of fat! Highly recommend. I have used tons of products and this is one of the best.
