Lovely warm, but mainly created iced drinks with almond milk and rice milk during the warm weather. This has a fabulous taste. It's quite expensive, but nothing compared to the price of a coffee/tea shop. Highly recommend. I will be repurchasing.

The flavour is immaculate. It's not exactly like Starbucks or Pret but gets me through my cravings. I hate coffee and often drink chai lattes instead and you can really taste the spices, this leans more cardamom-y which I don't mind at all because I like cardamom. However, it's super sweet even for me who's got a sweet tooth.

Definitely the BEST chai flavour I have been able to find!! And I've been searching for years!! Has Definitely helped during covid lockdown as been unable to get out for Chai Latte at cafes. Simple to make, I just microwave, but makes stunning lattes if you use a milk frother machine!!

We have become a chilled chai tea latte fan family and this is delicious, it is also saving us money making our own.

Okay so this is my all time favorite chai mix!! I’ve never had a better chai tea latte then when I see cafes use it or when I now use it at home! Seriously delicious! Especially if you prefer your chai tea to taste more like cinnamon compared to ginger.

I thought it was good but won’t purchase again. The flavor was slightly off for me.

The best caffeine free chai I've been able to buy by far! Tastes like the original but caffeine free. Also the best brand of chai ever, actually strong and flavorful enough.

I have tried the Ulong, Made by this company and it was amazingly delicious. So I thought the other things would taste very similar regrettably for this particular product that was not the case. Even after you mix it well water it down throat and coffee call it Valley it's still taste like concentrate. No matter what you do to it it just makes whatever liquid tastes like concentrate and not a good flavor. I was thoroughly impressed with the U long however very disappointed with this particular one just sad that I ordered two.
