How to use it: -) Cold / Ice Pack Effect: Place in refrigerator or freezer until it reaches desired temperature Use it as a cold/ice pack effect for Cold Therapy -) Hot Pack Effect: There are two ways to make it hot 1) Put it in Microwave Oven before use Microwave : Suggest 500W-800W Please do not heat it for long time under microwave! Toasty tatas
Would have 5 stars if instructions for heating had been included, but after a quick google I warmed them up and they are great! I now have toasty boobies and finally comfortable!Haven't tested them cold, but I imagine they freeze fine. The covers that come with are soft so would protect fairly well against ice burn.

Perfect for Easing pain
Brought these just before giving birth as my milk came in early. They are life savers. Best when frozen. Easy to put inside your bra too. Can’t recommend more.

Great product for the job. I like the fact that it can be used cold and warm comfortably and the material covers are really soft to touch.Definitely recommend.

Unboxed, not convinced even new
Unboxed, in an bag with a random accountants address on, not convinced even new, and no instructions how to use ie. safely heat. Shocking. No way of directly contacting seller. Last thing I need this close to having a baby!
