I bought this doorbell which was an unknown brand to me, based on the reviews. I decided to get one which was less expensive than the main competitor of video door bells. The doorbell is priced very well, it operates seamlessly, the video quality is excellent & is easy to install. You can set the sensitivity for motion from high, mid or low you can choose to turn this function on or off. You can set up notifications on the app for motion or when your doorbell has been pushed. If you are not home and you get a notification you can talk through your phone to the person at your door, you can also view live footage of the doorbell and talk through live if you wish. The doorbell comes with a charger lead so no need to change batteries, the app displays the charge remaining in the doorbell so you know when to remove and charge it. The doorbell itself is secured into its holder/bracket which slides into place and secured by 2 little grub screws underneath the bell to prevent anyone from removing it. Depending on usage with motion or viewing the live feed etc, a full charge will last 2-3 months. You can add a user or add another device to view and get notifications on other phones ipads etcI can’t rate this any higher, such great value for money and the quality is very good.

This doorbell is fantastic!! After reading some bad reviews about other makes I decided to give this a try as it is a fraction of the price of others. Its easy to set up and picture quality is great both day and night. It's easy to download videos and they are on my photo gallery in a folder so I can keep them. You do not have to subscribe to keep your data but i have decided to as not a bad price for a year. All in all I give this doorbell 100%.

Let’s start with the positive. The image quality is excellent. That’s it. The sensitivity is impossible to control. Either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. The motion detection is useless. If somebody approaches the door, you miss it and MAY get them walking away if you’re lucky. The doorbell function works ok. If you up the sensitivity the battery runs down very quickly. I wrote to their online support team and it took a month before they answered and then they were useless. Up or reduce the sensitivity they said. When I told them I had tried all that, they said they will consider improvements with the next model and that was it. I emailed their help team and have never had a response. Very disappointed with the product and even more so with the support which does not live up to their promise. I wouldn’t buy this product if I were you.

This is a great door bell camera really great picture quality.Only a couple of issues really.The charge doesn’t last that long especially if you have a lot of motion in and. Out of your house.The app whilst easy to use can be a little slow to connect to either view a video or talk to someone at the door, but this could have just been my internet connection whilst I was out.Generally I would happily buy this again as it slides off easy to charge when needed.Also it prompts you to buy more storage which is really not needed, I just delete the videos and don’t store them.

I have wanted a ring doorbell for a while but I couldn’t justify the price and the fact that the chime was sold separately. Also that you have to pay a subscription! I did a bit of research and this one caught my eye... it was reduced in price and included a chime and free Cloud storage. Some of the reviews did make me question but I went ahead and ordered and I do not regret it. It was extremely easy to set up and the picture quality and sound is excellent (I’ve attached pics showing daytime and nighttime). The pics/videos can be viewed larger by turning phone sideways. Also you can view live camera footage. I’m not sure of the battery life yet but I doubt it will last upto 6 months.... I would expect to charge it every couple of weeks at least. I have motion set halfway between medium and fast (this will also drain the battery quicker) but it suits our needs. We’re quite close to the road and moving cars haven’t set the motion off. App is easy to use and I believe you can have upto 8 devices connected so more than enough. If you want a good video doorbell but half the price then go for this one.

This product is ok. It works most of the time but occasionally when you press it nothing happens. The app is also not great - the customer service message buttons won’t work and my subscription to their cloud storage service also never works.

I bought this when looking for a replacement for a simple wireless chime doorbell. I did not want to have to pay for video recording, or have to separately buy SD cards or similar. This device records to your photo or video stream on your device, so easy to use and manage the recorded moments.I have had to turn off motion sensing as the device looks out onto a tree and was going off constantly as the branches blew around, but it was simple to adjust the sensitivity and to turn off the notifications.The App is fairly basic, but both my wife and I can log in separately. It will only allow one device on each login, so if I log in with my iPad it logs out my phone, which is a little frustrating but hardly a major problem. Overall, for a fairly low cost option I am rather pleased with the quality of both the product and the video recording available. I like being able to open the app and see a live view and the have the option of speaking via the microphone and speaker option. Definitely a good purchase.

The product was good when it was working but it has stopped working had batteries checked and its fine should of been able to return it back as it is not working and not even had it a year only lasted for a few months which is very disappointing 😕

door camera device is easy to set up but i cant use it as doorbell extension has china plug not australian

I live by myself in a off grid community. My gate is at least 100ft from my living space. Being notified of any motiob near the gate is so helpful. In the night pic. it is pitch black outside. I wasn't aware the quad pulled up. Looking out from my living space I saw nothing. The person did not ring the bell but the bell notified me anyway. I only have my 4g data plan so the downside is not having access to the camera when Im gone and it shuts off. Ive tried to use the intercom to the camera it doesn't seem to work. Incoming I can hear people loud and clear. When my dog barks, I bring the camera up and check for motion. My dog is old and half blind so he barks at any slight motion. Thia has saved me constantly checking. I need more for my other gate and my back area. Saving up!!

Easy to set up, directions are easy to follow. Quality of product is junk. Does not fit description at all.Motion sensor picks up wind, sends false notifications constantly , An when someone actually walks by it it rarely sends the notification An if it does it takes a good few minutes to receive it. I've adjusted the sensitivity on it to higher and lower and even turned it off completely An still constant false notifications . Camera quality isn't to bad picture wise , but video is very delayed . Walk past it An watch it live you will not see yourself walk past it in real time, it is delayed a good 10 seconds. Wifi range is terrible . Tech support blames my router..nah it's not my router because every device I own works on my wifi with full strength in the same location as the doorbell was. I even disconnected all my devices from wifi network to see if it helped...nope it did nothing. I went as far as buying a wifi extender to see if that helped..nope not at all. Mic has a ton of feedback so you talk to someone at the door through your device you can not hear them clearly , they can not hear you clearly and there is a 10 second delay on that as well. The doorbell chime works great. Someone hits the doorbell button the chime goes off immediately An so does the app notification , so that works great. If your looking to buy this for security don't waste your time or money.

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to charge the batteries every 2/3 days. It works great but also to good lol it picks up the cars just driving by my home lol I would like it better if you could adjust the Sensitivity of the cameraUpdate I really liked this doorbell but after having it for a year now it doesn’t charge anymore and then battery life doesn’t last long. I’m looking into a different brand. I would not recommend this one. There’s no product support at all nobody ever contacted me in response to the problem I was having. Save your money and buy a different BRAND. SERIOUSLY
